Մենք կարևորում ենք Ադրբեջանի բնիկ ժողովուրդների՝ թալիշների և լեզգիների՝ մեր հիմնախնդրին խորապես տիրապետելու, ինչպես նաև համակրանք ունենալու մշտական դրսևորումները: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը` դիմելով Ադրբեջանի բնիկ ժողովուրդներին՝ թալիշներին և լեզգիներին:
«Սիրելի ՛ թալիշ և լեզգի եղբայրներ և քույրեր
Մենք ուշադիր հետևում ենք Ադրբեջանում տեղի ունեցող ներքաղաքական զարգացումներին, մասնավորապես` Ադրբեջանի թալիշաբնակ և լեզգիաբնակ քաղաքներում ու գյուղերում օրըստօրե աճող բողոքին, որոնցով բնակչությունը բոյկոտում է բանակ զորակոչվելու և Արցախի ու Հայաստանի դեմ պատերազմելու Ալիևի հրամանը: Բողոքի ցույցերի համար առիթ են դարձել թալիշ և լեզգի հարյուրավոր զոհերի առկայությունը: Նրանց որպես կենդանի թիրախ օգտագործելու և այդ գործելակերպով նրանցից ազատվելու ադրբեջանական քաղաքական կլանի գործելակերպը տասնամյակների ընթացքում փոփոխություն չի կրել:
Մենք կարևորում ենք Ադրբեջանի բնիկ ժողովուրդների՝ թալիշների և լեզգիների՝ մեր հիմնախնդրին խորապես տիրապետելու, ինչպես նաև համակրանք ունենալու մշտական դրսևորումները:
Ուզում եմ հավաստիացնել, որ մենք թալիշ և լեզգի ժողովուրդների արդարացի պայքարի կողքին ենք և պատրաստ ենք բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով նպաստել ձեր պայքարի վերջնանպատակին՝ անկախության ձեռքբերմանը:
