Ստեղծված իրավիճակը լեգիտիմ իրավունք է վերապահում մեզ հետագա գործողությունները տեղափոխելու Ադրբեջանի ողջ տարածք՝ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումներից այն մաքրելու համար: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի խոսնակ Վահրամ Պողոսյանը։

 

Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել է.

 

«Արցախն այս օրերին, առանց չափազանցության, ներքաշվել է միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի մեջ: Այս պնդումը անելու համար կան լուրջ հիմնավորումներ, որոնք ամենեւին չեն սահմանափակվում փորձագիտական մակարդակով:

 

Նախ՝ պատերազմ հայտարարելով Արցախին՝ Ադրբեջանը փաստացի հրաժարվեց ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երեք երկրների (որոնք աշխարհի տարբեր ուժային բեւեռներն են ներկայացնում) հովանու ներքո ընթացող խաղաղ բանակցությունների միջոցով հիմնախնդիրը կարգավորելու ճանապարհից եւ ընտրեց հարցը ուժային կամ ռազմական տարբերակով լուծելու ծայրահեղ մոտեցումը:

 

Երկրորդ՝ Ադրբեջանը պատերազմը սկսելու առաջին օրվանից թիրախավորել է Արցախի խաղաղ բնակավայրերը՝ կիրառելով այնպիսի զինատեսակներ, որոնց օգտագործումն արգելված է միջազգային տարբեր կոնվենցիաներով:

 

Վերջապես՝ Արցախի դեմ լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմում այդ երկրի իշխանությունները ներգրավել են վարձկան-ահաբեկիչների, որոնց գոյության փաստը հիմնավորվել է միջազգային տարբեր կենտրոնների կողմից:

 

Սա նշանակում է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակը լեգիտիմ իրավունք է վերապահում մեզ հետագա գործողությունները տեղափոխելու Ադրբեջանի ողջ տարածք՝ ահաբեկչական խմբավորումներից այն մաքրելու համար:

 

Մեր պայքարն արդար է, առաջիկա զարգացումները, վստահաբար, կլինեն մեր օգտին: Իսկ հետեւանքների ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրելու է պաշտոնական Բաքվի ռազմաքաղաքական պարտված ղեկավարությունը՝ Ալիեւ ընտանիքի գլխավորությամբ»։
