Էդմոն Մարուքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է
Ուղիղ մեկ շաբաթ առաջ՝ պատերազմն սկսելու հաջորդ իսկ օրը, գրությամբ դիմել եմ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին՝ առաջարկելով վերանայել ԱԺ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված՝ խափանման միջոց կալանավորման մասին որոշումը՝ ելնելով նրանից, որ գտնվում ենք ինտենսիվ պատերազմական գործողությունների մեջ Ադրբեջանի հետ։
Խորհրարանական բոլոր ուժերը մի կողմ են դրել ներքին տարաձայնություններն ու հայտնել միասնական կամք՝ պայքարելու արտաքին թշնամու դեմ և ամուր պահելու մեր պետության թիկունքը:
Մինչդեռ, սեպտեմբերի 25-ից կալանավորված է մեծությամբ 2-րդ խորհրդարանական խմբակցության ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը։ Այսինքն, խորհրդարանում քաղաքական կամք ձևավորող ուժի ղեկավարն ըստ էության չի կարող իր լիարժեք մասնակցությունն ունենալ երկրի համար կարևորագույն իրադարձությունների այս փուլում։
Ավելին, հայտնի փաստ է, որ Ծառուկյանն իր կողմից տիրապետվող ռեսուրսներով և միջազգային կապերով կարող է բոլորիս պես իր ներդրումն ունենալ թիկունքի ամրացման և այլ ուղղություններով այսօր ընթացող աշխատանքներում:
Իրադրության կտրուկ փոփոխությունները հաշվի առնելով՝ առաջարկել եմ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխարինել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ՝ հնարավորություն տալով խորհրդարանական բոլոր ուժերին այս փուլում գործել լիարժեք և ծառայել մեր բոլորի հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը։
Մինչ այժմ որևէ արձագանք չեմ ստացել դատախազությունից՝ նշյալ գրության կապակցությամբ։
Հուսով եմ առաջարկս չի մերժվի, քանի որ մեզ այսօր ավելի քան անհրաժեշտ է ՀԱՄԵՐԱՇԽՈւԹՅՈւՆ ԵՎ ՄԻԱՍՆԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆ։
