ԱՀ ԱԺ-ն աշխարհի խորհրդարաններին կոչ է անում ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի հայտարարությամբ կոչ է արել աշխարհի երկրների խորհրդարաններին ճանաչել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը՝ որպես ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցը՝ Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ իրականացվող ծանր հանցագործությունները կասեցնելու և նրանց իրավունքները պաշտպանելու նպատակով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հայտարարության մեջ նշված է. «Հաշվի առնելով, որ 2020 թ․սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը, կոպտորեն խախտելով ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությունը, զինված հարձակում են նախաձեռնել Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով,

Ընդգծելով Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ զինված ագրեսիայում Թուրքիայի ուղղակի ներգրավածությունը և նրա կողմից ռազմական գործողությունների փաստացի հրամանատարությունն ու ղեկավարումը,

Խորը մտահոգություն հայտնելով Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ ագրեսիայում Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների զինյալների ներգրավվման փաստի կապակցությամբ,

Հաշվի առնելով, որ լայնածավալ ռազմական հարձակումն Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ շարունակվում է աճող ինտենսիվությամբ և ուղեկցվում է զինված հակամարտությունների ժամանակ կիրառելի օրենքների և սովորույթների խախտումներով, ներառյալ՝ քաղաքների և գյուղերի, այդ թվում՝ մայրաքաղաք

Ստեփանակերտի դեմ ոչ-ընտրողական և մեծ կործանարարություն ունեցող զինատեսակների կիրառմամբ, որի արդյունքում քաղաքաղիական բնակչության շրջանում կան բազմաթիվ զոհեր և վիրավորներ,

Ողջունելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների` Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների և Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության, ինպես նաև միջազգային հանրության կողմից իրականացվող քայլերը՝ ուղղված տարածաշրջանում խաղաղութան վերականգնմանը, և միևնույն Ժամանակ, ափսոսանք

հայտնելով, որ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի ոչ կառուցողական դիրքորոշման հետևանքով այդ քայլերը գործնական արդյուքն չեն տվել,

Ընդգծելով, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ Ադրբեջանի հերթական ագրեսիան պետք է դիտվի խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ ուղղված համատարած և համակարգված հարձակումների համատեքստում, որոնք ձեռնարկվում են Ադրբեջանի կողմից ինչպես խաղաղ, այնպես էլ պատերազմական ժամանակ՝ 1988 թ․սկսված Արցախյան ազգային ազատագրական շարժման սկզբից ի վեր,

 

Ճանաչելով, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների հիմնարար իրավունքների շարունակական խախտումները և իրենց անկապտելի իրավունքների իրացման խոչնդոտումը ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան մարդկության դեմ հանցագործություն՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը խստորեն դատապարտում է Թուրքիայի և

Ադրբեջանի՝ միջազգային ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների հետ համատեղ իրականացվող ագրեսիան ընդդեմ Արցախի Հանրապետության և կոչ է անում աշխարհի երկրների խորհրդարաններին ճանաչել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը՝ որպես ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցը՝ Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ իրականացվող ծանր հանցագործությունները կասեցնելու և նրանց իրավունքները պաշտպանելու նպատակով»:
