«Ամենավճռական ձևով դատապարտում են աննախադեպ և վտանգավոր բռնության էսկալացիան». ՌԴ-ի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի համատեղ հայտարարությունը

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ՝ կապված ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում սրման հետ:
«Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, Ֆրանսիայի Եվրոպայի և Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան-Իվ Լը Դրիանը և Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոն, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների ներկայացուցիչները, ամենավճռական ձևով դատապարտում են աննախադեպ և վտանգավոր բռնության էսկալացիան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության տարածքում և դրա սահմաններից դուրս»,- հայտնում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն:
Նախարարները միանշանակորեն ընդգծել են, որ վերջին հարձակումները, որոնց նպատակը, ենթադրաբար, քաղաքացիական օբյեկտներն էին` ինչպես շփման գծի երկայնքով, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի տարածքներում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտուց դուրս, ինչպես նաև նման հարձակումների անհամաչափությունն, անընդունելի սպառնալիք են տարածաշրջանում կայունության համար:
Վկայակոչելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երեք երկրների ղեկավարների հոկտեմբերի 1-ի հայտարարությունը՝ նախարարները կրկին կոչ են արել հակամարտության կողմերին անհապաղ և անվերապահորեն հաստատել հրադադարի ռեժիմը:
«Համանախագահող երկրները հաստատակամ են լիովին իրականացնել իրենց վրա դրված ԵԱՀԿ-ի և միջազգային հանրության մանդատը՝ Մինսկի խմբի անդամ երկրների աջակցությամբ։ Այդ մանդատի համաձայն՝ նրանք կշարունակեն հետևողականորեն մեծացնել փոխգործակցությունը կողմերի հետ՝ կոչ անելով նրանց առանց հապաղելու ստանձնել կարգավորման գործընթացը վերսկսելու պարտավորությունները ՝ գոյություն ունեցող հիմնարար սկզբունքների և համապատասխան միջազգային փաստաթղթերի հիման վրա, որոնք քաջ հայտնի են երկու կողմերին», - ասված է հայտարարությունում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն ասել էր, որ Ռուսաստանը, ԱՄՆ-ն ու Ֆրանսիան ԱԳ նախարարների մակարդակով համատեղ հայտարարություն են անելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ:
«Հիմա մենք պատրաստում ենք երեք ԱԳ նախարարների հայտարարությունը, սակայն, իհարկե, պետք է մտածել ոչ միայն հայտարարությունների մասին: Պետք է մտածել այն կոնկրետ քայլերի մասին, որոնք կարելի է ձեռնարկել արյունահեղությունը դադարեցնելու ու բանակցություններին վերադառնալու համար»,-ասել էր Լավրովը:
