Տիգրան Ուլիխանյանը կհասցնի՞ նշանակվել պաշտոնին. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Դեռեւս սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուլիխանյանը պատգամավորական մանդատը վայր դրեց: Բանն այն է, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հավանություն է տվել Ուլիխանյանին նշանակել ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետի տեղակալ, ինչպես նաեւ պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար։
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ այսօր արդեն լրանալու է Ուլիխանյանի՝ մանդատից հրաժարվելու դիմումի ժամկետը, ու դրանից հետո ՀՀ վարչապետը նրան պետք է նշանակի: Իսկ քանի որ այժմ Արցախում պատերազմական վիճակ է, ու, կարելի է ասել, գրեթե բոլոր պետական կառավարման միջոցները աշխատում եմ միայն հանուն Արցախի, դժվար է ասել՝ արդյոք վարչապետն այդ նշանակումը կանի, թե ոչ:
Եթե նշանակումը տեղի չունենա, Ուլիխանյանը կզրկվի նաեւ պատգամավորական մանդատից: Երեկ փորձեցինք Տիգրան Ուլիխանյանից պարզել, թե իր նշանակման հետ կապված ինչ տեղեկություն ունի, սակայն պատգամավորը հայտարարեց, որ տեղեկություններ չկան, եւ նա Արցախ էր մեկնել՝ տեղում ապաստարանների բնակիչների հետ զրուցելու, իրավիճակին ծանոթանալու համար:
Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ 2018 թվականի մայիսից մինչեւ 2019 թվականի հունվարը Ուլիխանյանը զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնը։ 2019 թվականի ապրիլի 19-ին ՊՎԾ ղեկավար Դավիթ Սանասարյանի լիազորությունները կասեցվել են, իսկ նրան փոխարինող Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը նշանակվել է ԱԱԾ տնօրեն»:
