Զոհված Արտակ Խեմչյանը երկու որդի ունի

Արցախում զոհվել է Տավուշի մարզի Սեւքար գյուղի բնակիչ, 1982 թ․ ծնված Արտակ Խեմչյանը։ Նա ամուսնացած էր, երկու տղաների հայր։ Նա զոհվեց հայրենիքի համար, իսկ հայրենիքի համար զոհվածներն անմահ են։
Նշենք, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ուղղությամբ իրականացվող սադրիչ գործողությունները սկսել են սեպտեմբերի 27-ին։
