Միայն դաշնակից Ռուսաստանն իրավունք ունի այժմ միջամտել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված իրավիճակին: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի հիմնադիր, Ռուսաստանի հայ գործարարների ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանը, գրում է РИА Новости-ն:
Նրա խոսքով՝ կրակի դադարեցմամբ հետաքրքրված անձինք պետք է հնարավորինս արագ գիտակցեն, որ անհրաժեշտ է այդ գործընթացում ներգրավել ՌԴ-ին:
«Այսօր, ինչպես նախկինում, Ռուսաստանն է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության միակ երաշխավորը: Համոզված եմ, որ ստեղծված պայմաններում Նախագահ Պուտինը (ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտին –խմբ») ունակ է շատ բան անել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը:
Գործարարի համոզմամբ՝ կարելի է անվերջ պատրանքներ ունենալ՝ այլ ուժերի օգնության հետ կապված, սակայն միայն ռուս խաղաղապահներն են ունակ դադարեցնել պատերազմը:
«Որքան արագ դա հասկանան կրակի դադարեցմամբ հետաքրքրված անձինք, այնքան ավելի քիչ կորուստներ կունենանք և կկարողանանք բանակցություններ սկսել»,- ասել է նա:
Սամվել Կարապետյանը հիշեցնում է , որ Հայաստանին ու Ռուսաստանին կապում են դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները՝ հիմնված մեր ժողովուրդների բազմադարյա բարեկամության վրա:
«Հավատում եմ, որ ժամանակով ստուգված այդ հարաբերություններն ապագայում ևս կկրեն դաշնակցային և ռազմավարական բնույթ»,- ընդգծել է գործարարը:
Սամվել Կարապետյանը նաև նշել է, որ ղարաբաղյան այս հակամարտությունն «աշխարհաքաղաքական վտանգավոր հրդեհ» է, որը կարող է տարածվել տարածաշրջանով մեկ:
«Հայ ժողովուրդը, ինչպես 1915 թվականին, վտանգված է և ստիպված պայքարել իր գոյության համար»,- ասել է նա:
«Եվ, եթե այդ զարգացումները չկանխվեն մոտ ժամանակներս, ապա դրանք կարող են վերաճել խոշոր գլոբալ աղետի»: Այդ համատեքստում ակնհայտ է դառնում մեկ փաստ՝ հակամարտությունը ռազմական ճանապարհով «հանգցնել» չի ստացվի, որոշումները գտնվում են խաղաղ հարթությունում»,- եզրափակել է գործարարը:
