Օրենքին մոտ կանգնած մեր հավաստի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Վանաձորի քաղաքապետ Սամվել Դարբինյանի ազգական Վիկտոր Դարբինյանի՝ նոյեմբերի 27-ին քաղաքապետի ու նրա եղբոր գործողությունների վերաբերյալ դատախազությունում ներկայացրած հանցագործության մասին հաղորդման հիման վրա արդեն քրեական գործ է հարուցված:
 
Տեղեկատվությունը պաշտոնապես ճշտել դեռևս չի հաջողվում. գլխավոր դատախազի մամլո խոսնակը դեկտեմբերի 4-ից խոստանում է պաշտոնական տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել վերոնշյալ հաղորդման և դրա հետագա ընթացքի վերաբերյալ, անձամբ զանգահարելով տեղեկատվության հայցող լրագրողին, բայց այսօր էլ նրա աշխատանքային՝ 010 511 554 հեռախոսահամարը աշխատանքային օրվա երկրորդ կեսից անհասանելի դարձավ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ մամուլի հրապարակումների հետ կապված՝ Վանաձորում անցկացվող ուղևորափոխադրումների երթուղիների մրցույթում քաղաքապետի ու նրա եղբոր կողմից միկրոավտոբուսային թիվ 1 երթուղին և բիզնեսը քաղաքապետի ազգական Վիկտոր Դարբինյանի ձեռքից խլելու՝ քաղաքապետի մտադրության վերաբերյալ վերջինս նույն եղանակով՝ լրատվական միջոցներով, հերքել էր ազգականի հայտարարությունները՝ «կեղծ» որակելով իր և իր ընտանիքին ուղղված մեղադրանքները, միաժամանակ սպառնացել, որ սուտ մեղադրանքի համար դատի կտա նրան:
 
Բայց, ի պատասխան, Վիկտոր Դարբինյանը շարունակում է պնդել իր խոսքերը («Իրենք ինձ կանչեցին իրենց մոտ և ասացին, որ այդ երթուղին պետք է լավ ձևով հանձնեմ իրենց, այսինքն՝ գրեմ մեքենաներով իրենց վրա: Այդ խոսքերն ասողը քաղաքապետի եղբայրն էր, նույնը պնդեց քաղաքապետը: Հետո շանտաժներով, սպառնալիքներով, սպառնալիքները կապված են եղել երթուղու հետ, որ ինքնակամ հանձնեմ: Դե ասում էին՝ միևնույնն է, քոնը պետք է չլինի, մենք այնպես կանենք՝ մրցույթը չես անցնի և այլն)՝ ասելով, որ հիմքեր ունի և ապացույցներ: Վանաձորի միկրոավտոբուսային երթուղիների մրցույթից հետո հետո էլ հստակ հաղորդում է ներկայացրել ազգականների դեմ:
 
Նշենք նաև, որ մրցույթի վերահսկողության խնդրանքով Վիկտոր Դարբինյանը դիմում էր ուղարկել նաև ՀՀ նախագահին, վարչապետին՝ խնդրելով միջոցներ ձեռնարկել Վանաձորի քաղաքապետի և նրա հարազատների կողմից անօրինական գործողությունները դադարեցնելու ուղղությամբ: «Նրանք փոխանցել են, որ եթե ինքնակամ չհանձնեմ, չհրաժարվեմ մրցույթից, ինձ պետք է պատժեն և վատ պայմանների մեջ գցեն: Բոլոր հիմքերն ունեմ կասկածելու, որ առաջիկա մրցույթը պետք է անցնի խախտումներով և անարդար պայմաններում»,- նշված էր Վիկտոր Դարբինյանի դիմումում:
