«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Կորոնավիրուսը հետեւանքներ է թողել անշարժ գույքի գների վրա: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ Երեւանում բնակարանների գները զգալի նվազել են: Օրինակ՝ Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում բնակարանների 1 քմ շուկայական միջին գինը օգոստոս ամսին 630 հազար դրամ էր, իսկ հուլիսին 645 հազար դրամ: Այսինքն՝ 15000 դրամով էժանացել է:
Իսկ, ահա, Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում գնանկումը կազմել է 10 հազար 50 դրամ. այստեղ մեկ քմ-ն օգոստոսին արժեցել է 440 հազար դրամ, հուլիսին՝ 450 հազար 50 դրամ: Բնակարանների գների նվազում արձանագրվել է նաեւ մյուս վարչական շրջաններում: Օրինակ՝ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում 326 հազար դրամից էժանացել է՝ դառնալով 323 հազար դրամ:
Ավան վարչական շրջանում գնանկումը կազմել է 1000 դրամ: Ի դեպ, օրավարձով բնակարանների շուկան է վատ վիճակում. սահմանները փակ էին, եւ զբոսաշրջիկներ մուտք չէին գործում Հայաստան, իսկ ինչպես հայտնի է, մեր երկիր այցելող զբոսաշրջիկների գերակշիռ մասը նախընտրում է օրավարձով բնակարանները»։
