Ինչո՞ւ հեռացվեց Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը

Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

 

 

 

Արգիշտի Քյարամյանն ազատվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի պաշտոնից, ծառայության տնօրենի պարտականությունների ժամանակավոր կատարող է նշանակվել Միքայել Համբարձումյանը:

 

Ռազմական դրության ժամանակ սահմանափակված ենք ավելի ազատ վերլուծություն կատարելու հնարավորության հարցում, այնուամենայնիվ՝ առաջ քաշեմ մի քանի վարկածներ։

 

Սակայն մինչ վարկածների մասին խոսելը՝ նկատեմ, որ կարճ ժամանակի ընթացքում սա երկրորդ դեպքն է, երբ գործող իշխանությունը մեծ սպասումներ է առաջացնում ԱԱԾ տնօրենի անձի հանդեպ՝ հետո ազատվելով նրանից։

 

Քյարամյանի ազատման պարագայում տեղին է խոսել մի քանի հիմնական վարկածների մասին։

 

Օրինակ՝ հնարավոր է նրա պաշտոնավարումը չէր բխում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների այսօրվա տրամաբանությունից, այլ խոսքով՝ ռուսական վերնախավում հասկացրել են, որ նա վստահելի կադր չէ։

 

Մյուս կողմից՝ չի բացառվում, որ Քյարամյանը պաշտոնանկ է արվել, որովհետև թերացել է պատերազմի հետ կապված որևէ առաջադրանքի, հանձնարարության կատարման հարցում։

 

Եվ վերջապես՝ չբացառենք, որ հենց այսքան ժամանակ էր պետք, որպեսզի նույնիսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը համոզվի, որ Քյարամյանը դիլետանտ է։

 

Չբացառենք, որ բոլոր վարկածներն էլ այս կամ այն չափով տեղ են ունեցել ու որոշումը կայացվել է դրանց համադրմամբ։

 

Ի դեպ, Քյարամյանը հայտնի է, առաջին հերթին, նրանով, որ "ակտիվ" գործ էր "թխում" ընդդիմադիրների, մասնավորապես՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի դեմ։ Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ իշխանությունը հեշտությամբ ազատվում է ԱԱԾ տնօրեններից, սակայն չի վերանայում նրանց "արդյունավետ" գործունեության հետևանքները։
