ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել Մոսկվայում Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարների հետ շուրջ 11 ժամ ունեցած բանակցություններից: Մնացականյանը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «Լուրեր» լրատվականին տված մեկնաբանությունում նշել է, որ գործընթացը բավական բարդ էր:
«Մեզ համար, իհարկե, առաջնային խնդիրն էր, որպեսզի մենք հասնեինք մի իրավիճակի, երբ կկարողանանք վերջ դնել այս ագրեսիային: Ագրեսիան այս պարագայում առանձնահատուկ էր, որովհետև Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները համալրված էին բավական բաց և ուժգին աջակցությամբ Թուրքիայի կողմից և միջազգային ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների ներգրավմամբ: Փաստորեն, մեր հայրենակիցները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կռվում էին բավական յուրահատուկ պայմաններում, երբ, բացի Ադրբեջանից կար նման ուժգին հարձակում՝ նման ուժերի ներգրավմամբ»,- ասել է Մնացականյանը:
ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը նշել է, որ տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը մնում է բավական փխրուն, անհրաժեշտ է հասնել կրակի դադարեցման:
«Տարածաշրջանի և առաջին հերթին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի համար սա դարձել էր բավական լուրջ մարտահրավեր և որևէ առաջընթացի մասին խոսելն առանց ավարտ դնելու, վերջնակետ դնելու այս իրավիճակին, իհարկե, անհնար կլիներ : Այն, ինչ բավական երկար բանակցությունների ընթացքում մենք կարողացանք արձանագրել, այն է, որ մեզ անհրաժեշտ է դադարեցնել կրակը, դադարեցնել այս վայրագությունը, այս պատերազմը, ամրագրել, ամրապնդել այս դադարը և հետո նոր խոսել խաղաղ գործընթացի մասին և նաև վերահաստատել, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությունը մնում է այն միակ ձևաչափը, որը միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված հարթակն է բանակցությունների և խաղաղ գործընթացի համար»,- նշել է նախարարը:
Մնացականյանը հավելել է, որ որևէ այլ ուժ, մասնավորապես՝ Թուրքիան, այդ առումով որևէ դերակատարություն չի կարող ունենալ:
«Առաջին խնդիրն այս ճգնաժամն ավարտին հասցնելն է»,- եզրափակել է Մնացականյանը:
