Արցախի ԱԺ-ն կոչ է անում ՌԴ և Իրանի իշխանություններին՝ ստեղծել Հակաահաբեկչական համատեղ կենտրոն

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի հայտարարություն է տարածել` կոչ անելով  ՌԴ և Իրանի իշխանություններին ստեղծել Հակաահաբեկչական համատեղ կենտրոն:

«Ինչպես հայտնի է, Բաքվի իշխանությունները, Թուրքիայի բացահայտ հրահանգով, սեպտեմբերի 27-ին նախաձեռնեցին հերթական լայնածավալ ագրեսիան Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ՝ վերսկսելով ակտիվ ռազմական գործողությունները, որի ընթացքում, Թուրքիայի օժանդակությամբ, տարածաշրջան են ներթափանցել միջազգային ահաբեկիչներ և տարատեսակ ծայրահեղ խմբավորումների ներկայացուցիչներ Սիրիայից, Իրաքից, Լիբիայից և այլ տարածաշրջաններից։

Այս, արդեն իսկ հանրահայտ փաստը հաստատում են ոչ միայն միջազգային հեղինակավոր կազմակերպությունները և ԶԼՄ-ները, այլ նաև մի շարք պետությունների, այդ թվում Ռուսաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի, Իրանի, Սիրայի տարբեր պաշտոնատար անձինք։

Ակնհայտ է, որ միջազգային ահաբեկչությունը, օգտվելով Բաքվի իշխանությունների անհեռատես և կարճաժամկետ արդյունք հետապնդող քաղաքականությունից, Սիրիայում կրած խոշոր պարտությունից հետո, Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների միջոցով,փորձում է հաստատվել այս տարածաշրջանում և այն վերածել ահաբեկչական նոր կենտրոնի, ինչը ուղղակի սպառնալիք է ոչ միայն Արցախի, այլև անմիջական հարակից պետությունների՝ Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի անվտանգությանը և տարածքային ամբողջականությանը՝ ստեղծելով տարածաշրջանում անկայունության նոր գոտիներ:

Թուրքիայի և Բաքվի իշխանությունները, տարված Արցախը ամեն գնով ոչնչացնելու մոլուցքով, չեն էլ գիտակցում, որ ահաբեկիչներին այս տարածաշրջան բերելը, հովանավորելը, նրանց կողմից համապատասխան հենակետերի ստեղծմանն օժանդակելը և գործունեության ծավալման համար համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծումը, եթե կարճաժամկետ կտրվածքով սպառնում են Արցախին, ապա երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով գլոբալ սպառնալիք են և տարածաշրջանային պետություններին, և միջազգային անվտանգությանը, և հենց բուն Ադրբեջանի խաղաղ բնակչության համար:

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովը, կարևորելով տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությունը, անվտանգությունը, տարածաշրջանի պետությունների մեջ շահավետ համագործակցությունը և պայքարը միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ՝ կոչ է անում Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի իշխանություններին.

1. Դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի կողմից միջազգային ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների և նրանց ներկայացուցիչների օգտագործումն Արցախի դեմ ռազմական ագրեսիայում

2. Ստեղծել համատեղ Հակաահաբեկչական կոորդինացիոն կենտրոն՝ այս տարածաշրջան ներթափանցած միջազգային ահաբեկիչներին, նրանց տեղաբաշխման կետերը և համապատասխան ռազմակայանները հայտնաբերելու և համատեղ չեզոքացման ծրագրեր մշակելու համար

3. Ստեղծել համատեղ Հակաահաբեկչական կոալիցիա՝ այս տարածաշրջան ներթափանցած ահաբեկիչներին և նրանց խմբավորումներին օպերատիվ և արդյունավետ կերպով ֆիզիկապես չեզոքացնելու համար»։
