Կարմիր խաչից ասել են, թե ինչ պետք է արվի Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում դիակների փոխանակման ու գերիների վերադարձի համար

Կարմիր Խաչը հույս ունի, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կողմերը կպահպանեն հրադադարի ռեժիմը: Այս մասն այսօր Ժնևում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ԿԽՄԿ Եվրասիայի տարածաշրջանային տնօրեն Մարտին Շուեպպը, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Մենք հույս ունենք, որ մարդասիրական նպատակով հրադադարի ռեժիմը կպահպանվի և դա շոշափելի սփոփանք կբերի նրանց, ովքեր տուժել են»,-ասել է նա:
Շուեպպը նշել է, որ կազմակերպությունը պատրաստ է նպաստել դիակները կողմերին հանձնելուն ու գերիների վերադարձին. «Սակայն կողմերը պետք է ֆորմատի մասով պայմանավորվեն իրար հետ: Մենք շարունակում ենք խոսել կողմերի հետ՝ ներկայացնելով առաջարկներ»:
ԿԽՄԿ ներկայացուցչի խոսքերով, կողմերը պետք է պայմանավորվածության հասնեն օպերացիոն ու լոգիստիկ հարցերում, ու այդ պայմանավորվածությունները պետք է իրականություն դառնան. «Բացի դրանից, պետք է երաշխավորվի մեր խմբերի անվտանգությունը, որպեսզի նման օպերացիա իրականացվի»:
Շուեպպը նաև ընդգծել է, որ Կարմիր խաչը չի մասնակցում քաղաքական բանակցություններին. «Մեր դերը բացառապես մարդասիրական է՝ որպես չեզոք միջնորդ»:
