Վերջերս գազալցակայաններում տեղի ունեցող պայթյունները հաճախ են ցնցում հասարակությանը: Պատճառը հիմնականում ոչ ճիշտ տեխնիկական սպասարկումն է: Մի կողմում գազալցակայանների սեփականատերերն են, ովքեր ցանկանում են գումար վաստակել` առանց բոլոր անհրաժեշտ պայմանների ապահովման, մյուս կողմում` վարորդները, ովքեր չեն հետևում անվտանգության տեխնիկական կանոններին:
Վերջերս Կոտայքի մարզի գազալցակայաններից մեկում ողբերգական դեպք տեղի ունեցավ: Գառնի գյուղում գտնվող գազալցակայանում լիցքավորման ժամանակ մեքենան պայթեց, լիցքավորողը, ով մարմնական աշխատանքներ էր ստացել, հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին մահացավ:
Մայիսի 26-ին Արմավիրի մարզի Զվարթնոց թաղամասում գործող գազալցակայանում անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանելու պատճառով տեղի է ունեցել գազի արտահոսք, ինչն առաջացրել է պայթյուն։ Կան վիրավորներ:
Նման դեպքերի ցանկը կարելի է շարունակել, ուղղակի հարկ է նշել, որ միջադեպերի զգալի մասը տեղի են ունենում ոչ բարխիղճ աշխատանքի կամ անվտանգության պայմանները չապահովելու դեպքում:
Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում գործադիրի ղեկավարը Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Երիցյանից հետաքրքրվել է գազալցակայաններում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունների մասին: Ա. Երիցյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ Էջմիածնի խճուղում գտնվող գազալցակայանը ստուգվել է վեց ամիս առաջ, տուգանվել 1 մլն դրամով, քանի որ եղել են բազմաթիվ թերություններ, որոնք պետք է վերացվեին, սակայն չեն արվել: Հանձնարարվել է առավել ակտիվացնել գազալցակայանների հետ տարվող աշխատանքը: Գործադիրի որոշմամբ` գազալցակայններում թերություններ հայտնաբերելու դեպքում շահագործումը կդադարեցվի:
Հարկ է նշել, որ պարտադիր պայման է խստացնել անվտանգության ռեժիմների վերահսկողությունը և մշտապես հետևել դրանց կիրառությանը:
