Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարան է ներկայացվել Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու մասին օրինագիծ

Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատ է ներկայացվել Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու մասին օրինագիծ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց Հայաստանի պետական հետաքրքրություններ ֆոնդի գործադիր տնօրեն Դավիթ Փափազյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ ուղղությամբ վերջին օրերին ANIF-ը մեծ կազմակերպական և համակարգված աշխատանք է իրականացրել՝ ֆրանսիացի իր գործընկերների հետ:
«10 օր մենք Ֆրանսիայի վարչապետ Դոմինիկ դը Վիլպենի (ANIF-ի տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ), տեղացի լրագրողների, խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների հետ աշխատում էինք ՝բացատրելով, թե սեպտեմբերի 27-ից ի վեր ինչ է տեղի ունենում արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում, ներկայացնում էինք նաև թե Թուրքիայի, թե վարձկանների դերը, ներգրավվածությունը, որը լիարժեք փոխում է պատկերը: Բացատրել ենք, որ հանգուցալուծման միակ իրական քաղաքական ճանապարհը Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչումն է միջազգային հանրության կողմից: Եվ քանի որ Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանում մարդիկ իրականությունը արագ են հասկանում, նախագիծն այսօր առավոտյան մտավ Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի ստորին պալատ»,-ասաց Փափազյանը:
Նախագիծը նախատեսվում է, որ կքննարկվի առաջիկա մի քանի շաբաթներում: Նախագիծն առաջինը ստորագրել է Սոցիալիստական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Ֆրանսուա Պուպոնը: Փափազյանն իր երախտագիտությունը հայտնեց ֆրանսիացի գործընկերներին, որոնք իրենց հայանպաստ ձեռնարկումներով հետևողականորեն իրենց օժանդակությունն են բերում Արցախի խնդրի կարգավորման և արդարության վերականգնման գործընթացներին:
