Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմի հետևանքով սպանվել է 1 երեխա, ծանր վիրավորում են ստացել` 3-ը. ԿԳՄՍՆ

Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմի հետևանքով տուժում են նաև երեխաները. հոկտեմբերի 15-ի դրությամբ, Արցախի Հանրապետությունում իր բնակության վայրում սպանվել է 9-ամյա մեկ աղջիկ։ Նրա 2 տարեկան եղբայրը ստացել է ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ՝ Մարտունի քաղաքի հրետակոծության ժամանակ: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը։

Ադրբեջանի ուժգին հրետակոծության պատճառով ԱՀ-ի Մարտակերտ քաղաքի իրենց տնից հեռանալու ճանապարհին ԱԹՍ-ի հարվածից վիրավորվել է 13-ամյա մեկ տղա, ով 5 օր մնացել է կոմայի մեջ։ ԱԹՍ-ն հարվածել էր մեքենային, ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամները ծանր վնասվածքներ ունեն: Հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Վարդենիս-Սոթք ավտոճանապարհի մերձակայքում դարձյալ ադրբեջանական ԱԹՍ-ի խոցման հետևանքով վիրավորվել է 14 տարեկան ևս մեկ տղա:

Մեծապես վտանգված է նաև երեխաների կրթության իրավունքը։ Սեպտեմբերի 27-ից սկսած Արցախում ուսումնական բոլոր հաստատություններն անորոշ ժամանակով փակվել են։ Արցախի Հանրապետության ավելի քան 24 հազար երեխա չի հաճախում դպրոց` չունի կրթության իր իրավունքն իրացնելու հնարավորություն: Պատերազմական վիճակով պայմանավորված՝ Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերի սահմանամերձ 119 համայնքների ավելի քան 10.815 երեխա սեպտեմբերի 27-ից սկսած զրկված է առկա ուսուցման հնարավորություններից։

Անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով՝ այս համայնքների դպրոցները, ինչպես նաև նախնական արհեստագործական և միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատությունները կազմակերպել են հեռավար դասեր։ Հազարավոր երեխաներ նույն համայնքներում չեն կարողանում մանկապարտեզ հաճախել:
