Հոկտեմբերի 15-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հեռախոսազրույց ունեցավ Արգենտինայի արտաքին գործերի, միջազգային առևտրի և պաշտամունքի նախարար Ֆելիպե Սոլայի հետ։
Հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում նախարարներ Մնացականյանը և Սոլան անդրադարձան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում ստեղծված իրադրությանը:
Նախարար Մնացականյանը համապարփակ ներկայացրեց Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ իրականացվող լայնածավալ ռազմական ագրեսիան, որն ուղեկցվում է քաղաքացիական բնակչության ու կենսական ենթակառուցվածքների դիտավորյալ թիրախավորմամբ, իրենց վերահսկողության ներքո հայտնված քաղաքացիական բնակչության սպանություններով:
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ընդգծեց, որ Ադրբեջանի գործողություններն հանդիսանում են Արցախի ժողովրդի գոյութենական անվտանգության սպառնալիք, որի մասին մշտապես բարձրաձայնել են հայկական կողմերը և որի հասցեագրման ուղղությամբ քայլերի ձեռնարկման անհրաժեշտությունն առավել քան արդիական է:
Երկուստեք կարևորվեց ռազմական գործողությունների անհապաղ դադարեցման և այդ ուղղությամբ ստանձնած պարտավորությունների անվերապահ կատարումը:
