ՄԱԿ-ը կրկին կոչ է անում անհապաղ դադարեցնել պատերազմը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում

ՄԱԿ-ում տեղի ունեցած ճեպազրուցի ընթացքում ՄԱԿ-ի խոսնակ Ստեֆան Դյուժարիկը, պատասխանելով ԼՂ  մասին հարցին, ասել է.

 

«ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարը շարունակում է խիստ մտահոգված լինել շարունակվող ռազմական գործողություններով, հատկապես դրա ազդեցությամբ քաղաքացիական բնակչության վրա: Մենք շատ անհանգստացած ենք խաղաղ բնակզության իրավիճակով: Անհրաժեշտ է կրկնել, որ խստորեն դատապարտում ենք քաղաքացիական անձանց կամ քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների ցանկացած թիրախավորում կամ հարձակում: Գլխավոր քարտուղարը շարունակել է իր անձնական ներգրավվածությունն այս հարցում: Նա երեկ զրուցել է Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարի հետ: Այսօր նա նախատեսում է ինչ-որ պահի, և դա կարող է շատ շուտ լինել՝ այսօր կեսօրին, զրուցել Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարի հետ: Երկու կողմերին ուղղված նրա ուղերձը պարզ է. կարևոր է, որ նրանք իրականացնեն և լիովին պահպանեն հրադադարի ռեժիմը, որի շուրջ որպես առաջնահերթություն մարդասիրական նպատակներից ելնելով՝ նրանք պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել: Նա նաև շեշտում է, որ ՄԱԿ-ը պատրաստ է օգնելու մարդասիրական կարիքների հարցում, եթե լինի դրա պահանջը: Եվ եթե պայմանները թույլ են տալիս, անհրաժեշտ է պատրաստվել համապատասխան աշխատանքի բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ: Կարծում եմ, որ այս հակամարտությունը դինամիկ է: Շատ կարևոր է, որ երկու կողմերն էլ շատ արագ շարժվեն դեպի դեէսկալացիա, քանի որ ակնհայտորեն առկա է հակամարտության ընդլայնման, տարածաշրջանի հետագա ապակայունացման վտանգ: Մեզ համար քաղաքական առումով ուշադրության կենտրոնում է մնում կողմերի՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հովանու ներքո բանակցություններին վերադառնալու հարցը»:

Նա նաև կրկին վերահաստատել է ՄԱԿ-ի պատրաստակամությունը մարդասիարական օգնություն տրամադրելու հարցում:
