ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի Գերագույն մարմնի ներկայացուցիչ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանն ուղիղ եթերում ներկայացրեց ՀՀ-ում գործող մեկ տասնյակից ավելի քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից ընդունված հայտարարությունը:
ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ
Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքայի կողմից սանձազերծված պատերազմի 20-րդ օրն է:
Համայն հայ ժողովուրդը, խորհրդարանական և արտախորհրդարանական քաղաքական ուժերը, մեկտեղել են իրենց կարողականությունը՝ դիմագրավելու մեր երկու պետականությունների դեմ ուղղված գոյապահպանական սպառնալիքը:
Ադրբեջանաթուրքական ագրեսիան՝ միջազգային ահաբեկաչական տարբեր խմբավորումների ներգրավմամբ, վերածվել է գլոբալ անվտանգությանն ուղղված իրական սպառնալիքի:
Հայության համար հայրենականի վերածված պատերազմը նոր ծավալներ է ստանում՝ հանգեցնելով մեծաթիվ անդառնալի կորուստների: Պատերազմը սանձազերծած ագրեսորները՝ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան անհաղորդ են միջազգային հանրության՝ անհապաղ հրադադար հաստատելու և ռազմական ճանապարհով հիմնախնդրի լուծումը բացառելու պահանջներին: Ավելին, առաջին իսկ պահից Ադրբեջանը խախտել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջնորդությամբ ձեռք բերված հումանիտար հրադադարի հաստատման համաձայնությունը:
Օրհասական այս իրավիճակում՝ ռազմական, քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական ճակատներում բեկում մտցնելը հրամայական է: Ստեղծված կացությունը համազգային ներուժի ամբողջական և աննախադեպ զորաշարժ է պահանջում:

1. Հրատապ կարգով ստեղծել ռազմաքաղաքական հարցերի օպերատիվ կառավարման շտաբ-պետական հատուկ մարմին՝ օժտելով նրան որոշումներ ընդունելու, օպերատիվ գործողություններ ծրագրելու և համակարգելու իրավասություններով:
2. Հայրենքի պաշտպանությունն արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու համար ներգրավել Հայաստանի և Արցախի Հանրապետությունների նախկին և գործող նախագահներին, վարչապետներին, պաշտպանության և արտաքին գործերի նախարարներին, ռազմական և քաղաքական փարձառություն ունեցող այլ անձանց:
