ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակի հայտարարությունն ԱԳԵԾ խոսնակի՝ այսպես կոչված «Գյանջա քաղաքի հրթիռակոծման» վերաբերյալ հայտարարությանը.
Հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Արտաքին գործողության եվրոպական ծառայությունը հրապարակել է խոսնակի հայտարարությունը` այսպես կոչված «Գյանջա քաղաքի հրթիռակոծման» վերաբերյալ։
Արդեն երեք շաբաթ է, ինչ Ադրբեջանը վայրագորեն հրետակոծում է Արցախի (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի) քաղաքներն ու գյուղերը, այդ թվում՝ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը՝ դիտավորյալ թիրախավորելով քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները, պատճառելով տասնյակ զոհեր խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում և ստիպելով վերջիններիս լքել իրենց հայրենիքը։ Ավելին, Ադրբեջանն արդեն իսկ թիրախավորել և կորուստներ է պատճառել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում գտնվող քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը և ենթակառուցվածքներին։ Ներկայիս լայնածավալ ագրեսիային նախորդել են ադրբեջանական ապատեղեկատվության սադրիչ արշավներ, ինչպիսին է այսպես կոչված «Գյանջա քաղաքի հայկական հրթիռակոծման մասին» արշավը։
Տասնամյակներ շարունակ Ադրբեջանն իր հասարակությաունը սնում է ատելությամբ և հայատյացությամբ, ինչի դաժան դրսևորումն է Արցախի ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ իրականացվող խոշտանգումների, անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի և սպանությունների դրվագներ պարունակող տեսանյութերը, որոնք հպարտությամբ շրջանառվում են ադրբեջանական սոցիալական մեդիայի հարթակում։
Անհիմն մեղադրանքներ տարածելով՝ Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է պահպանել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկ խմբի համանախագահ երկրների ղեկավարների կողմից միջնորդավորված կրակի դադարի շուրջ պայմանավորվածությունները և կտրականապես մերժում է հրադադարի վերիֆիկացիայի մեխանիզմների որևէ հնարավորություն, որպեսզի շարունակի պատերազմը։
Եվրոպական միությանը մինչ օրս չի կարողացել հստակ և միանշանակորեն արձագանքել պատերազմի այս հանցագրոծություններին, որոնք իրականացվել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից Թուրքիայի անմիջական մասնակցությամբ, այդ թվում՝ Սիրիայից և Լիբիայից օտարերկրյա զինյալ ահաբեկիչների տեղափոխմամբ, և անտեսել է Արցախի ժողովրդի առջև ծառացած գոյաբանական սպառնալիքը, նրա կյանքի իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտումները և Արցախում զարգացող հումանիտար ճգնաժամը։
Հայաստանը դատապարտելի է համարում այս միակողմանի և կողմնակալ հայտարարությունը, որն Ադրբեջանին «կանաչ լույս» է տալիս անպատժելիորեն շարունակել միջազգային իրավունքի, ներառյալ՝ միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի և միջազգային սովորութային իրավունքի խախտումները։
