Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած և Թուրքիայի ու միջազգային ահաբեկչական ցանցի կողմից աջակցվող պատերազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում ինտենսիվ հրետակոծվել է նաև Արցախի Մարտակերտ քաղաքը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում մեր գործընկեր Լուսինե Զաքարյանը նշեց, որ քաղաքում և Մարտակերտի շրջանի գյուղերում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ինտենսիվ հրետակոծությունը շարունակվել է նաև երեկվա ընթացքում:

«Երեկ ևս Մարտակերտ քաղաքին և հարակից բնակավայրերին հակառակորդը խփում էր ծանր հրետանիով և այլ զինատեսակներով, որը տևել է մինչև կեսգիշեր: Կեսգիշերին, հումանիտար հրադադարի պայմանավորվածության ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո, Մարտակերտ քաղաքում և հարակից բնակավայրերում եղել է հանգիստ: Այս պահի դրությամբ ևս հանգիստ է: Բնակչության մոտ ոչ մի ժամանակ խուճապ չի եղել և չկա, բոլորը հաղթելու տրամադրությամբ են»,- ասաց Զաքարյանը:

Պատերազմի առաջին օրվանից Մարտակերտ քաղաքում գազ չկա, ակտիվ հրետակոծության հետևանքով վնասվել են նաև էլեկտրալարերը:

«Նույն վիճակում են նաև Մարտակերտ քաղաքին շատ մոտ գյուղերը, բայց շրջանի մյուս գյուղերում կա և' հոսանք և' ջուր: Մարտակերտ քաղաքում, նաև շրջանի գյուղերում բնակչությանը մատակարարվում է սնունդ, առաջին անհրաժեշտության պարագաներ: Մարտակերտ քաղաքում հրետակոծության արդյունքում վնասվել են բնակելի շենքեր, մանկապարտեզը, խաղահրապարակը, մի շարք բնակելի սեփական տներ, հասարակական օբյեկտներ, վնասվել է քաղաքացիական տների մոտ 30%-ը»,- նշեց Լուսինե Զաքարյանը:
