Թուրքիային ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամությունից զրկելու պահանջով բանաձև է ներկայացվել ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատ

2020 թ. ԱՄՆ նախագահական ընտրությունների՝ ընտրապայքարից դուրս մնացած հանրապետական թեկնածու Թալսի Գաբբարդը կոչ է արել Միացյալ Նահանգներին աշխատանքներ տանել դաշնակից երկրների հետ՝ Թուրքիային ՆԱՏՕ-ի կազմից դուրս բերելու նպատակով:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Ամերիկայի հայկական ազգային համագումարի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից, Գաբբարդի ներկայացրած բանաձեւում հստակ արձանագրված է հայկական ուժերի վրա Թուրքիայի ձեռնարկած հարձակումների եւ մինչ այժմ Անկարայի՝ ահաբեկիչներին աջակցելու փաստերը:
Բանաձեւի մի շարք դրույթներ արտացոլում են հայերի նկատմամբ Թուրքիայի դրսեւորած թշնամությունն ու ագրեսիան:
Մասնավորապես.
– Հաշվի առնելով, որ Թուրքիան մեծացրել է իր ներգրավվածությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ հակամարտությունում, եւ եթե նախկինում պարզապես քաղաքական աջակցություն էր ցուցաբերում Ադրբեջանին, ապա այժմ ուղղակի ռազմական օգնություն է տրամադրում,
– Ուշադրություն դարձնելով, որ Թուրքիան փակ է պահում սահմանը ԱՄՆ-ի հետ բարեկամական հարաբերություններ ունեցող Հայաստանի հետ եւ բազմիցս սպառնալիքներ է ստեղծել Հայաստանի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի եւ աշխարհի տարբեր հատվածներում գտնվող հայկական համայնքների նկատմամբ, ժամանակ առ ժամանակ դրանք շղարշելով 20-րդ դարասկզբին Թուրքիայում կատարված Հայոց Ցեղասպանության վերաբերյա կատարվող նուրբ ակնարկներով:
– Ուշադրություն դարձնելով, որ զեկույցները վկայում են, որ Թուրքիան Հայաստանի եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ կռվելու համար Ադրբեջան է ուղարկել սիրիացի գրոհայիններին, որոնցից շատերը կապ ունեն «Ալ Կաիդայի» եւ «Իսլամական պետության» հետ:
– Հաշվի առնելով, որ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Թուրքիան մասնակցել է կամ ուղղակիորեն ղեկավարել է Ադրբեջանի ռազմաօդային ուժերի հարձակողական գործողությունները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ, եւ որ F-16 կործանիչները ներգրավված են եղել թե՛ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի, թե՛ Հայաստանի դեմ կատարված հարձակումներում:
– Ուշադրություն դարձնելով որ թեեւ ՆԱՏՕ-ն կոչ է արել անմիջապես դադարեցնել կրակն ու բռնությունները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում՝ ի պատասխան ԼՂ-ի դեմ Ադրբեջանի հարձակման, Թուրքիան ՆԱՏՕ-ի դիրքորոշմանը հակառակ է գործել՝ հրապարակային կերպով աջակցելով Ադրբեջանի շարունակվող ագրեսիային:
– Չնայած Կանադան որոշում կայացրեց դադարեցնել ռազմական նշանակության սարքավորումների եւ սպառազինության վաճառքն Ադրբեջանին՝ ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի հարձակողական գործողություններում նրա անմիջական ներգրավվածությանը, Թուրքիան, հղում անելով ՆԱՏՕ-ի շրջանակում հարաբերություններին, պատճառաբանեց Կանադայի կայացրած որոշման կապակցությամբ իր ունեցած դժգոհությունը:
