Ադրբեջանը կրկին ի ցույց դրեց իր՝ պատրաստակամության իսպառ բացակայությունը՝ հավատարիմ մնալու իր իսկ կողմից ստանձնված հանձնառություններին. ԱԳՆ

Հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարությունները միաժամանակ հանդես եկան հայտարարությամբ մարդասիրական հրադադարի հայտարարման մասին, որը ձեռք էր բերվել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերով և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի անձնական միջնորդությամբ: 

Սակայն, ինչպես և նախորդ անգամ՝ Մոսկվայում համաձայնության ձեռք բերումից հետո, Ադրբեջանը կրկին ի ցույց դրեց իր՝ պատրաստակամության իսպառ բացակայությունը՝ հավատարիմ մնալու իր իսկ կողմից ստանձնված հանձնառություններին:

Այս ամենը ուղեկցվել է Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչների հայտարարություններով, որ Ադրբեջանը չի դադարեցնելու ռազմական գործողությունները մինչև պատերազմի «հաղթական ավարտը»։ Հատկանշական է, որ միաժամանակ նմանատիպ հայտարարություններ հնչել են նաև Թուրքիայում։

Մարդասիրական զինադադարի հայտարարումից րոպեներ անց Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը վերսկսել են մարտական գործողությունները, իսկ հոկտեմբերի 18-ի առավոտյան լայնամասշտաբ հարձակման են անցել հարավային ճակատում։ 

Փաստորեն, սա կրակի դադարեցման վերաբերյալ երկրորդ պայմանավորվածությունն է, որն Ադրբեջանը չի ցանկանում կամ չի կարողանում կյանքի կոչել՝ միաժամանակ մոլորեցնելով միջազգային հանրությանը և առաջին հերթին՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներին:

Մենք հավատարիմ ենք հոկտեմբերի 10-ի Մոսկովյան համատեղ հայտարարությամբ և հոկտեմբերի 17-ի հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած հանձնառություններին՝ որպես առաջնահերթ նպատակ ունենալով վերիֆիկացիոն մեխանիզմներով պահպանվող կայուն հրադադարի հաստատումը: 

Այդ առումով կրկին վերահաստատում ենք այդ  հայտարարությունները, որոնք կիրառական արտահայտություն են տալիս ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների ղեկավարների հոկտեմբերի 1-ի, ինչպես նաև համանախագահ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների հոկտեմբերի 5-ի հայտարարություներին:

Հավատարիմ ենք կարգավորմանը բացառապես խաղաղ միջոցներով՝ բանակցային գործընթացի միջոցով: 

Պահպանելով հավատարմությունը ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն իրեն իրավունք է վերապահում ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ  քայլերը՝ վճռականորեն մերժելու հիմնախնդիրը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու Ադրբեջանի մտադրությունը։
