ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսում առաջարկում են Թուրքիային հանել ՆԱՏՕ-ից

Կոնգրեսական Թուլսի Գաբարդը Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողով է ներկայացրել է բանաձև, որով ԱՄՆ նախագահին կոչ է արվում սկսել գործընթաց՝ Թուրքիային ՆԱՏՕ-ից հանելու համար:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ բանաձևը խստորեն դատապարտում է Թուրքիայի հարձակումը ԱՄՆ ուժերի, դաշնակիցների և գործընկերների վրա, պահանջում է դադարեցնել Թուրքիայի աջակցությունը ահաբեկչական խմբավորումներին, ինչպիսիք են օրինակ «Ալ-Քաիդա»-ն, ISIS-ը և այլ կազմակերպություններ: Բանաձևը կոչ է անում նախագահին աշխատել ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ՝ Թուրքիային ՆԱՏՕ-ից հեռացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ գործընթաց սկսելու համար:
Բանաձևում նշվում է նաև, որ Թուրքիան ներգրավվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կոնֆլիկտում, նախկինում քաղաքական աջակցություն է հայտնել Ադրբեջանին, այսօր էլ ապահովում է անմիջական ռազմական օգնություն: Նշվում է նաև, որ Թուրքիան փակ է պահում սահմանը Հայաստանի հետ, մի երկրի, որը բարեկամական հարաբերություններ ունի ԱՄՆ-ի հետ: Թուրքիան բազմիցս սպառնալիքներ է հնչեցրել ՀՀ-ի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և աշխարհի տարբեր հատվածներում ապրող հայերի դեմ:
Բանաձևում նաև հիշատակվում է այն մասին, որ ըստ հրապարակումների՝ Թուրքիան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ է ուղարկել սիրիացի վարձկանների, որոնցից շատերը կապված են «Ալ-Քաիդա»-ի և ISIS-ի հետ: Նշվում է նաև մարտերում Թուրքիայի F-16-երի ներգրավվածության մասին, որոնք օգտագործվում են ինչպես Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ:
Բանաձևվում նաև ասվում է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն անհապաղ հրադադարի կոչ է արել, մինչդեռ Թուրքիան հակառակվում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի դիրքորոշմանը՝ հրապարակավ աջակցելով Ադրբեջանի շարունակական ագրեսիային: Նշված է նաև այն մասին, որ Թուրքիայի կողմից S-400 հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգ է օգտագործվել Միացյալ Նահանգների արտադրության F-16 կործանիչների դեմ:
