ԼՂ-ի և ՀՀ-ի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ գործողությունները, որոնց աջակցում է Թուրքիան, պետք է դադարեցվեն. ԱՄՆ սենատոր

Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԳ նախարարությունից հայտնում են.
«ԱՄՆ Սենատոր Էդուարդ Մարքի. «Եթե Ադրբեջանը շարունակի հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար անօրինական ռազմական ուժ կիրառելու փորձերը, միջազգային հանրությանն այլ տարբերակ չի մնա, քան Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը ճանաչելը»:
ԱՄՆ Սենատի անդամ Էդուարդ Մարքին պետքարտուղար Մայք Պոմպեոյին կոչ է արել Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարների հետ հանդիպումների արդյունքներով ձգտել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև անհապաղ հրադադարի հաստատմանն ու առաջ մղել սեպտեմբերի վերջից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջ թեժացած հակամարտության բանակցային կարգավորումը:
«Մարդասիրական հրադադար հաստատելու նախորդ երկու պայմանավորվածությունները՝ նախաձեռնված Ռուսաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի կողմից, միանգամից խախտվեցին: Մարտերը քաղաքացիական հարյուրավոր զոհերի պատճառ են դարձել, միաժամանակ հայտնի են դառնում տեղեկություններ, որ Թուրքիան Սիրիայից գրոհայինների է տեղափոխում Ադրբեջան՝ հայկական բնակչության դեմ կռվելու համար: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Հայաստանի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ձեռնարկած ագրեսիվ գործողությունները, որոնք լիակատար աջակցություն են ստանում Թուրքիայի կողմից, պետք է դադարեցվեն: Պետքարտուղար Պոմպեոն պետք է հստակեցնի, որ ԱՄՆ-ն աջակցում է հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ու պատրաստ է օգնելու վերսկսել բանակցությունները: Խաղաղության համար նախադրյալներ ապահովելու և արդյունավետ հրադադարի հաստատման համար Թուրքիայի պես երրորդ կողմերը պետք է դադարեցնեն իրենց ագրեսիվ քայլերն ու ռազմական ներխուժումները: ԱՄՆ-ը պետք է անմիջապես նպաստի ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան շփման գծում հրադադարի հաստատմանն ու ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի հովանու ներքո անցկացվող բանակցությունների վերականգնմանը: Եթե Ադրբեջանը շարունակի հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար անօրինական ռազմական ուժ կիրառելու փորձերը, միջազգային հանրությանն այլ տարբերակ չի մնա, քան Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը ճանաչելը:
«Պետքարտուղար Պոմպեոն պետք է հստակեցնի, որ Ազատության աջակցման թիվ 907 ակտը լիարժեք կկիրառվի, և կդադարեցվի Ադրբեջանին ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից հատկացվող աջակցությունն անվտանգության ոլորտում: Ավելին, պետքարտուղար Պոմպեոն և նախագահ Թրամփը, որոնք սերտ կապեր ունեն Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի հետ, պետք է պարզ դարձնեն իրենց ավտորիտար ընկերոջ համար, որ Թուրքիայի հետագա ներգրավվումն այս հակամարտությունում կարժենա իրեն տրամադրվող ռազմական աջակցությունն ու ջերմ հարաբերություններն ԱՄՆ նախագահի վարչակազմի հետ»,- շեշտել է սենատորը»:
