ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասվում է.

«Այսօր Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն հանդես է եկել մանիպուլյատիվ հայտարարությամբ, որտեղ փորձ է արվում ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորումը մերժող Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի դիրքորոշումը հրամցնել որպես հայկական կողմի մոտեցում:

Թուրքիայի և նրա կողմից հովանավորվող ահաբեկիչների ուղղակի ներգրավմամբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ իրականացվող ռազմական ագրեսիան ուղղված է Արցախի բնիկ ժողովրդի բնաջնջմանը և առաջին իսկ օրվանից ուղեկցվում է միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի բազմաթիվ խախտումներով ու պատերազմական հանցագործություններով: Այս գործողություններն օրվա հրամայական են դարձնում Արցախի ժողովրդի գոյութենական անվտանգության լիակատար ապահովումը: 

ՀՀ-ն հետևողականորեն աջակցում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների ղեկավարների միջնորդությամբ հոկտեմբերի 10-ի և 17-ի հայտարարություններով համաձայնեցված կրակի դադարեցման պայմանավորվածությունների անվերապահ իրականացմանը: 

Մշտապես հանդես գալով հակամարտության ռազմական կարգավորումը բացառող դիրքերից՝ մեկ անգամ ևս շեշտում ենք, որ ԼՂ հիմնախնդիրը կարող է կարգավորվել բացառապես խաղաղ միջոցներով միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող ձևաչափի՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում: 

Կոչ ենք անում Ադրբեջանին և իր հովանավոր Թուրքիային հրաժարվել միջազգային հանրության՝ կրակի դադարեցման վերահսկելի ռեժիմի հաստատմանն ուղղված ջանքերը տապալելու գործողություններից և մեղքը հայկական կողմի վրա բարդելու իրենց ավանդական քաղաքականությունից»:
