Վճռաբեկ դատարանի դատավորի թեկնածուները՝ անորոշ իրավիճակում․ ինչ սպասել. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․
««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը դիմելու է Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցություններին՝ առաջարկելով նրանց հանդիպում կազմակերպել Վճռաբեկ դատարանի դատավորի թեկնածուների հետ: Դիմելով խմբակցություններին՝ ԲԴԽ-ն որոշել է պարզել՝ արդյոք այս իրավիճակում խմբակցությունները ցանկություն ունեն հանդիպել դատավորի թեկնածուներին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Վճռաբեկ դատարանի դատավորի թեկնածուներն են Արսեն Մկրտչյանը, որն այժմ զբաղեցնում է Վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանի նախագայի պաշտոնը, ԲԴԽ անդամ Արմեն Հայկյանցը եւ Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազ Սամվել Գրիգորյանը:
Եվ, ահա, ըստ ընդունված կարգի՝ խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունները պետք է հերթով հանդիպումներ ունենան դատավորի թեկնածուների հետ, լսեն նրանց եւ ապա որոշում կայացնեն, թե ինչպես են քվեարկելու: Սակայն այս իրավիճակում չի բացառվում, որ խմբակցություններն անգամ ցանկություն չհայտնեն հանդիպելու նրանցից որեւէ մեկի հետ:
Այդ դեպքում թերեւս նրանց ճակատագիրն անորոշ կմնա, եւ վերջնական որոշումն էլ կկայացվի հենց խորհրդարանում նրանց ելույթներից եւ հարցուպատասխանից հետո: Ինչեւէ, դատավորի թեկնածուները եւս անհամբեր սպասում են, թե ինչ կորոշվի»:
