Սենատոր Պուշկովը բացատրել է Թուրքիայի կողմից ռուսական С-400 համակարգերի գնման իմաստը

Ռուս սենատոր Ալեքսեյ Պուշկովը բացատրել է Ռուսաստանից С-400 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերի գնումը Թուրքիայի կողմից, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:
Քաղաքական գործչի կարծիքով՝ ռուսական զենքի գնման հիմնական պատճառներն ավելի շատ քաղաքական են, քան ռազմական:
«Ռուսական համակարգերի գնումը, չնայած ԱՄՆ-ի ճնշումներին և նրա կողմից պատժամիջոցների սպառնալիքին (որոնք այդպես էլ չսահմանվեցին), ՆԱՏՕ-ում Թուրքիայի հատուկ տեղ զբաղեցնելու ցուցադրություն է և իրական հայց՝ դաշինքից առանձին արտաքին քաղաքականության համար»,- գրել է Պուշկովը «Տելեգրամ»-ում:
Նրա կարծիքով՝ С-400 գնելուց հետո Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի «պաշտոնական արևմտյան դաշնակիցները» փոխել են իրենց վերաբերմունքը նրա հանդեպ:
Պուշկովը նշել է նաև, որ ռուսական սարքավորումների գնմամբ Թուրքիայի նախագահը «ամրապնդել է անհավասար և հակասական, սակայն դեռևս ճգնաժամերին դիմադրող Մոսկվայի հետ համագործակցությունը» և դրանով նաև բարձրացրել է Անկարայի միջազգային հեղինակությունը:
Ավելի վաղ հայտարարվել էր, որ Անկարայի կողմից Մոսկվայից ձեռք բերված С-400 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերը կներդրվեն ՆԱՏՕ-ի համակարգից անկախ: Այս մասին հայտնել էր Թուրքիայի ազգային պաշտպանության նախարար Հուլուսի Աքարը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ռուսական С-400-ների գնումը բոլորովին չի նշանակում, որ Անկարան «հեռվանում է ՆԱՏՕ-ից»: Պաշտոնյան հայտարարել է, որ Անկարան դեռևս պատրաստ է քննարկել Patriot զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերի գնման հնարավորությունը, եթե Վաշինգտոնը հարմար պայմաններ ներկայացնի:
Աքարը նշել էր, որ «այս պահին միայն Ռուսաստանն է հավուր պատշաճի պատասխանել Թուրքիայի պահանջներին»:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Patriot համակարգերը կարող են գնվել համակարգերի փոխանցման և համատեղ արտադրության ժամկետները համաձայնեցնելու պայմանների դեպքում:
Աքարը մեկնաբանել էր նաև երկրի հյուսիսում անցկացված կրակային զորավարժությունները՝ С-400-ի մասնակցությամբ:
«Պաշտպանական համակարգերի ձեռք բերման յուրաքանչյուր ծրագրի շրջանակում անցկացվում են փորձարկումներ և համակարգային ստուգումներ: Դա գնումների ծրագրի մի մասն է և պարզապես տեխնիկական գործողություն»,- ընդգծել էր նախարարը:
