Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը hոկտեմբերի 23-ին հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Շվեյցարիայի արտաքին հարաբերությունների դաշնային դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար, դաշնային խորհրդական Իգնազիո Կասսիսի հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության լրատվության եւ հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից։
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են Արցախում ընթացող լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմի հետեւանքով տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված իրավիճակին:
Այս համատեքստում ԱԳ նախարարը դաշնային խորհրդականի ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի ողջ ընթացքում արձանագրված միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի բազմաթիվ խախտումների ու պատերազմական հանցագործությունների փաստերին, որոնք միանշանակ կերպով վկայում են, որ Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության վերջնանպատակն է բնաջնջել Արցախի բնիկ ժողովրդին։
Նախարար Մնացականյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանն արժեւորում է դաշնային դեպարտամենտի կշռադատված հայտարարությունը, որում նաեւ խստագույնս դատապարտվել են ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտումները: ՀՀ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ իրականացվող հանցավոր ոտնձգությունների համար Ադրբեջանը պետք է ենթարկվի համապատասխան միջազգային պատասխանատվության:
Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարն անդրադարձել է նաեւ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի Խմբի համանախագահ երկրների հետեւողական ջանքերի գործադրմամբ հոկտեմբերի 10-ին եւ 17-ին ընդունված հայտարարություններին՝ վերահաստատելով Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը իր ստանձնած պայմանավորվածությունների կյանքի կոչմանը:
Իգնազիո Կասսիսը վերահաստատել է Շվեյցարիայի աջակցությունը Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին՝ ուղղված հիմնահարցի խաղաղ հանգուցալուծմանը։ Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է ռազմական գործողությունների անմիջապես դադարեցման անհրաժեշտությունը։
