«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․

««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել հոկտեմբերի 21-ին Երեւանում տեղի ունեցած Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի նախկին նախագահների հանդիպման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներից:

Նախ, պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի ներկա մտահոգիչ իրավիճակով պայմանավորված` տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահներ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Սերժ Սարգսյանը եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահներ Արկադի Ղուկասյանը եւ Բակո Սահակյանը:

Իսկ մինչ այդ էլ Արցախի նախկին նախագահները հանդիպել էին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:

Եվ, ահա, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ հինգ նախագահների, կարելի է ասել, պատմական հանդիպումը կազմակերպվել էր Բակո Սահակյանի կողմից, որը թերեւս եզակի մարդկանցից է, որ լավ հարաբերություններ ունի Հայաստանի բոլոր երեք նախագահների հետ:

Եվ հենց նա էլ կարողացել է համոզել եւ բոլորին մի տեղ հավաքել Արցախի հարցը քննարկելու համար: Եվ ավելին, մեր տեղեկություններով՝ հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ նաեւ քննարկվել է Արցախի ներկայիս նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կողմից ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին դիմելու տարբերակը, որը եւս ընդունելի է եղել բոլոր նախկին ղեկավարների կողմից:

ՌԴ-ին դիմելու ժամանակը եկել էր: Տեղեկացանք նաեւ, որ կայացած հանդիպումը բավականին կառուցողական մթնոլորտում է ընթացել, որից հետո առաջիկայում նախագահներից մեկը Մոսկվա կմեկնի»:
