Հայ ռազմագերի Ալբերտ Միքայելյանի մասով Հայաստանը ևս գանգատ է ներկայացնել ՄԻԵԴ՝ խնդրելով կիրառել հրատապ միջոց և որպես հայցի ապահովման միջոց՝ պարտավորեցնել Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը՝ ապահովել Ալբերտ Միքայելյանի կյանքի անձեռնմխելիությունը և նրա առողջության իրավունքը, բժշկական օգնության տարմադրումը, արտաքին աշխարհի հետ կապը եւ ընտանիքի անդամների հետ կոնտակտն ու փոխանակման հարցը: Այս մասին Aravot.am-ին հայտնել է փաստաբան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը:
«Դատարանից դեռ պատասխան չկա, եւ որոշակի առումով դա տրամաբանական է, որովհետեւ մի քանի օր անհրաժեշտ է լինելու գործը ուսումնասիրելու, որոշում կայացնող կազմին փոխանցելու եւ որոշման վերաբերյալ տեղեկացնելու համար»,-ասաց փաստաբանը: Նրա խոսքով, «Կարմիր խաչի» կողմից ռազմագերուն այցի վերաբերյալ ընտանիքից տեղեկություն չեն ստացել. «Սպասում ենք դատարանի արձագանքին, միգուցե դատարանի որոշմամբ պայմանավորված զարգացումներին»: Փաստաբանի խոսքով, իրենք արդեն 6 ռազմագերու հարցով ՄԻԵԴ գանգատ են ներկայացրել, մեկ զինծառայողի մասով ունեն ՄԻԵԴ-ի որոշում, դատարանը Ադրբեջանին վերջնաժամկետ է ներկայացրել մինչեւ հոկտեմբերի 29-ը, կառավարությունից ռազմագերու վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ պահանջել: Ըստ նրա՝ առայժմ 6 գանգատից միայն 3-ի վերաբերյալ դատարանից պատասխան դեռ չեն ստացել:
