6 հայ ռազմագերիների հարցով անհատական դիմումներ են ներկայացվել ՄԻԵԴ․փաստաբան

Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծած ագրեսիայի ընթացքում Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան է ներկայացվել 6 ռազմագերիների հարցով անհատական դիմում, որոնց նպատակն է պարտավորեցնել Ադրբեջանին ապահովելու ռազմագերիների կյանքի անձեռնմխելիությունը, առողջության իրավունքը և ընտանիքի անդամների հետ կապը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց փաստաբան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը։
«Խնդիրը հետևյալն է՝ ապահովել ռազմագերիների կյանքի անձեռնմխելիությունը, անհապաղ բժշկական օգնություն, որովհետև որոշ ռազմագերիներ ունեն վիրավորումներ և պատշաճ բուժօգնության բացակայության պարագայում կարող են կյանքի հետ կապված խնդիրներ առաջանալ։ Բացի այդ, խնդիրն է ապահովել կապը ընտանիքի անդամների հետ և հնարավորություն տեսակցելու Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչներին»,- ասաց Սահակյանը։
Փաստաբանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ներկայումս Արեգ Սարգսյանի, Նարեկ Ամիրջանյանի և Սամվել Ասատրյանի գործերը ՄԻԵԴ-ը վերցրել է իր մոնիթորինգի տակ և տեղեկություններ է պահանջել Ադրբեջանից ՝ նրանց առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ, իսկ Վալերա Հայրապետյանի, Էդիկ Տոնոյանի և Ալբերտ Միքայելյանի մասով դեռ սպասում են պատասխանի։
«Կարևոր խնդիր է մնում նպաստել գերիների փոխանակման գործընթացին և այն արագացնել, որը, թեև միջազգային պարտավորությունների շրջանակում է և երկու անգամ այդ կապակցությամբ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել, բայց դրանք չեն ապահովվում, ուստի ակնկալում ենք, որ ՄԻԵԴ-ն իր իրավական գործիքակազմով մուտք կգործի այդ տիրույթ և կփորձի հարկադրել, որ տեղի ունենա նաև գերիների փոխանակումը»,- ասաց Սահակյանը։
Փաստաբանը նշեց, որ առաջիկայում նույնպես դիմումներ կներկայացնեն ՄԻԵԴ, սակայն այդ դիմումները դեռ մշակման փուլում են։
«Գործեր կան, որոնք տեսանյութով են և կարողանում ենք շատ ավելի արագ կազմակերպել գործընթացը, սակայն կան գործեր, որոնք հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված ականատեսների վկայություններով ենք պնդում, որ անձը հայտնվել է գերեվարության մեջ, նաև լրացուցիչ ստուգողական գործողություններն ենք իրականացնում այդ նպատակով, երբ դրանք հաստատվեն, նոր հանրությանը կներկայացնենք»,- եզրափակեց Սահակյանը։
