Աշխարհազորայիններին վճարվում է աշխատավարձ և պարգևատրում՝ աշխատավարձի 50 տոկոսի չափով. ԱՀ կառավարությունը ընդունել է Ռազմական դրության ժամանակ վարձատրության որոշում

Արցախի կառավարությունը ընդունել է «Ռազմական դրության ժամանակահատվածում աշխատողների վարձատրության գործընթացի կանոնակարգման մասին» նոր որոշում: Որոշման մեջ մասնավորապես նշվում է.

«Հիմք ընդունելով «Ռազմական դրության իրավական ռեժիմի մասին» օրենքի

11-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 4-րդ կետը և ելնելով ռազմական դրության պայմաններում աշխատողների վարձատրության հետ կապված հարցերը կանոնակարգելու անհրաժեշտությունից՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը որոշել է.

1. Սահմանել պետական կառավարման մարմինների, պետական կազմակերպությունների ու հիմնարկների աշխատողների՝ ռազմական դրության ժամանակահատվածում վարձատրության հետևյալ չափանիշները.

1) Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում գտնվող՝

ա. տվյալ ամսում աշխատած աշխատակիցներին վճարվում է աշխատավարձ՝ համաձայն հաստիքային ցուցակի: Դրանից բացի յուրաքանչյուր մարմնում ձևավորվող պարգևատրման ֆոնդից աշխատակցին վճարվում է նաև պարգևատրում՝ մարմնի ղեկավարի կողմից որոշված չափով:

Պարգևատրման ֆոնդի չափերն են տվյալ ամսում սույն ենթակետի համաձայն վճարվող աշխատավարձի ֆոնդի.

- առողջապահության համակարգում՝ 75 տոկոսը,
- ԱՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում, ԱՀ ոստիկանությունում,
-ԱՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայությունում՝ 50 տոկոսը,
-մյուս մարմիններում՝ 25 տոկոսը:

բ. տվյալ ամսում չաշխատած աշխատակիցներին վճարվում է փոխհատուցում՝ հաստիքային ցուցակով սահմանված աշխատավարձի չափով,

գ. զորահավաքային զորակոչի միջոցով կամ կամավորական հիմունքներով զինվորական ծառայության անցած, ինչպես նաև աշխարհազորայիններին վճարվում է աշխատավարձ՝ ըստ հաստիքային ցուցակի, և պարգևատրում՝ աշխատավարձի

50 տոկոսի չափով:

2) Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 14-ի

ՆՀ-465-Ն հրամանագրի համաձայն Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքից դուրս եկած՝

ա. ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարող աշխատակիցներին փաստացի աշխատած օրերի հաշվարկով վճարվում է աշխատավարձ՝ ըստ հաստիքային ցուցակի, իսկ չաշխատած օրերի համար վճարվում է սույն կետի

բ ենթակետում նշված փոխհատուցումը՝ չաշխատած օրերի համամասնությամբ.

բ. չաշխատած աշխատակիցներին վճարվում է 100 000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով փոխհատուցում (բժշկական համակարգի աշխատողներին վճարվում է 68 000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով փոխհատուցում), բացառությամբ այն աշխատակիցների, որոնց առձեռն ստացվող եկամուտը չի գերազանցում 100 000 ՀՀ դրամը: Վերջիններիս վճարվում է փոխհատուցում՝ հաստիքային ցուցակով սահմանված աշխատավարձի չափով:

3) Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքից Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 14-ի ՆՀ-465-Ն հրամանագրի խախտմամբ դուրս եկած, ինչպես նաև առանց մարմնի ղեկավարի համաձայնության Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքից բացակայող արական սեռի աշխատողները չեն վարձատրվում>:
