«Կարծես «դեժավյու» լինի». The Christian Science Monitor-ի թղթակիցը համեմատել է արցախյան նախորդ և այժմյան պատերազմները

Միջազգային The Christian Science Monitor թերթի հոդվածագիր Դանիել Սնայդեր եղել է առաջին արտասահմանցի լրագրողներից մեկը, որը 1990-ականներին մեկնել է Ստեփանակերտ և այնտեղից լուսաբանել Արցախյան ազատամարտը:

Այս օրերին հեղինակը կրկին անդրադարձել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ընթացող հակամարտությանը և համեմատականներ տարել 30 տարի առաջվա դեպքերի հետ:

«Հայերը կծկվում են նկուղում մինչ ադրբեջանական հրթիռներն անձրևի պես թափվում են Ստեփանակերտի երկնքից: Հայկական ուժերը պատասխան հարվածներ են հասցնում: Հրադադարները խափանվում են գրեթե չսկսված: Նավթով հարուստ Կովկասում Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության համար մղվող պատերազմը սպառնում է դուրս գալ սահմաններից»,-գրում է Սնյադերը:

«Այսպիսին են լուրերն այսօր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից: Սակայն, փաստացի, սարսափելի նման են այն լուրերին, որոնք ես այնտեղից ներկայացնում էի The Christian Science Monitor թերթին մոտ 30 տարի առաջ: Տեսնելով Կովկասում տեղի ունեցող ներկայիս իրադարձությունները՝ ես «դեժավյու» եմ ունենում: Պատերազմը, որը ես լուսաբանում էի մոտավորապես մի քանի տարի, սկսվել է ճիշտ այնտեղից, որտեղ ես այն թողել էի, գրեթե առանց փոփոխության: Երկու կողմ, միջազգային հանրություն, որը ձախողում է հակամարտության լուծումը, և նոր սերունդ, որը վճարում է դրա գինը»,- գրել է լրագրողը:

Ղարաբաղ կատարած իր առաջին այցի ժամանակ 1992թ. մարտին տեղացի հայերը հուսահատ մարտնչում էին գոյատևման համար՝ իրենց թիկունքում ունենալով նորանկախ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը:

«Ընդամենը մի փոքրիկ օդային կամուրջ էր կապում նրանց: Ստեփանակերտում չկար էլեկտրանէներգիա և շատ քիչ քանակությամբ սնունդ և դեղորայք: Հայաստանը, մինչդեռ, ամբողջությամբ մեկուսացված էր, ամբողջությամբ փակ էին նրա ճանապարհները հարևան Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի և Վրաստանի հետ: Սարսափելի ձմռան ընթացքում մայրաքաղաք Երևանը, ինչպես ես էի նշել, հետընթաց էր ապրել և վերածվել գյուղի: Ամեն օր տեղացող ձյան պայմաններում քաղաքը կուչ էր գալիս ցուրտ բնակարաններում առանց ջեռուցման կամ հոսող ջրի: Հոսանքը լինում էր միայն օրական 2 ժամով, և վերջ: Արդյունաբերությունը կանգնած էր»,- հիշում է Սնայդերը:

Նա վերհիշում  նաև, որ վճռական հայ մարտիկները հայկական մեծ սփյուռքից ֆինանսավորմամբ և կամավորներով վերջապես կարողացան փոխել ընթացքը: 1993-ին նրանք ԼՂ-ն միացրեցին Հայաստանին նեղ միջանցքով և իրենց հսկողության տակ վերցրեցին գրեթե ամբողջ տարածքը:
1993թ. աշնանը Ադրբեջանը հայտարարեց հակահարձակման մասին՝ օգտագործելով հազարավոր աֆղանստանցի իսլամիստ վարձկաններ: Լրագրողը նշում է, որ ինքն առաջին արևմտյան լրագրողն էր, որ նրանց մասնակցության մասին հաստատուն ապացույցներ գտավ առգրավված փաստաթղթերում:

«Վերջիվերջո, արտաքին աշխարհն արթնացավ: Ռուսաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջնորդները ապահովեցին հրադադարը, սակայն նրանք չկարողացան ստիպել հակամարտող կողմերին հասնել դիվանագիտական լուծման: Շատ քիչ բան է փոխվել այն ժամանակից ի վեր»,- գրում է հեղինակը:

Սնայդերի կարծիքով՝ ներկայիս հակամարտությունը, որը սկսվել է սեպտեմբերի վերջին, շատ ավելի վատն է, քան այն պատերազմը, որի ականատեսն է ինքը եղել 1990-ականներին: Ադրբեջանցիներն իրենց նավթային հարստությունն օգտագործում են Ռուսաստանից, Թուրքիայից և Իսրայելից զենք, այդ թվում՝ ժամանակակից անօդաչուներ և հրթիռներ գնելու համար:

«Ինչպես և 30 տարի առաջ, երկու կողմի բնակիչները այս պատերազմի հիմնական զոհերն են. զոհերը հաշվում են հարյուրներով, և այդ թիվն աճում է»,- եզրափակում է Սնյայդերը:
