Դասալքությունն այսուհետ պատժվելու է 8-15 տարի ազատազրկմամբ

Այսօր Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց օրենքի նախագիծ, որով առաջարկվում է կոնկրետ հոդվածներով արարքների համար ավելի խիստ պատիժ սահմանել, եթե դրանք կատարվել են ռազմական դրության կամ պատերազմի ժամանակ, կամ մարտի ընթացքում:
Այսպես, ժամկետային զինվորական կամ այլընտրանքային ծառայությունից, վարժական հավաքներից կամ զորահավաքներից խուսափելն այսուհետ պատժվելու է ավելի խիստ՝ 4-8 տարվա փոխարեն 6-12 տարի ազատազրկմամբ։
ՀՀ ՔՕ 327 հոդվածով նախատեսված արարքները, որոնք կատարվել են ռազմական դրության ժամանակ այսուհետ պատժվելու են 6-12 տարի ազատազրկմամբ։
ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 328-րդ հոդվածով՝ Պատերազմի ժամանակ պարհակներ կատարելուց կամ հարկեր վճարելուց խուսափելը , նախատեսված արարքի կատարումն այսուհետ պատժվում է կալանքով՝ մեկից երեք ամիս ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ մեկից հինգ տարի ժամկետով:
Օրենսգրքի 356-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով նախատեսված արարքի կատարումը՝ հրամանը չկատարելը պատժվում է ութից տասնհինգ տարի ազատազրկմամբ։ ՔՕ-ի 361-րդ հոդվածի 7-րդ մասով նախատեսված արարքի կատարումը պատժվում է վեցից տասներկու տարի ազատազրկմամբ։
Օրենսգրքի 362-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով՝ դասալքությունը, որը կատարվել է ռազմական դրության, պատերազմի ժամանակ կամ մարտի պարագաներում, նախատեսված արարքի կատարումը պատժվում է ութից տասնհինգ տարի ազատազրկմամբ։
