Արցախից Հայաստան ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք տեղափոխելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 անձի. Դատախազություն

Պարզվել են Արցախի Հանրապետությունից դեպի Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն անօրինական ճանապարհով զենք-զինամթերք տեղափոխելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
ՀՀ դատախազությունից հայտնում են՝ պարզվել է, որ դեռեւս չպարզված ժամանակահատվածում եւ հանգամանքներում մի խումբ անձինք նախնական համաձայնությամբ ապօրինի ձեռք են բերել եւ Հ.Մ-ի վարած ավտոմեքենայում ապօրինի պահելով՝ ապօրինի փոխադրել են հրազեն հանդիսացող «ԱԿ-103» տեսակի 2 ինքնաձիգ, ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող 7,62 մմ տրամաչափի 77 փամփուշտ եւ պայթուցիկ սարք հանդիսացող Ֆ-1 տեսակի 1 նռնակ: 2020թ. հոկտեմբերի 26-ին՝ ժամը 2000-ի սահմաններում, դրանք հայտնաբերվել եւ վերցվել են Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս համայնքի Վերիշեն բնակավայրից դեպի ԱՀ տանող ճանապարհահատվածում ծառայություն իրականացնող համապատասխան իրավապահ մարմնի աշխատակիցների կողմից:
Նշվածի կապակցությամբ նույն օրը ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ եւ նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազի հանձնարարությամբ ձերբակալվել են նշված ավտոմեքենայի սեփականատերը, վարորդը եւ ուղեւորը, ինչից հետո՝ 2020թ. հոկտեմբերի 29-ին նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Նույն օրը նշված քրեական գործի նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկիողություն իրականացնող՝ Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազության համապատասխան դատախազի կողմից միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու համար։
Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները դեպքի լիարժեք հանգամանքները բացահայտելու համար:
ՀՀ դատախազությունը խստորեն զգուշացնում է ձեռնպահ մնալ նման հանցավոր գործողություններից, որոնք հղի են ՀՀ-ի եւ ԱՀ-ի բնակչության, հասարակական անվտանգության, հանցածին իրավիճակի վատթարացման սպառնալիքներով: Ինչպես նշած, այնպես էլ նմանատիպ հնարավոր այլ դրսեւորումների դեպքում ՀՀ դատախազությունը հետամուտ է լինելու նման գործողություններին ամենակոշտ իրավական գնահատականներ տալուն եւ հանցագործությունը կատարող անձանց քրեական խիստ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելուն:
