Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Ինչպես 1992-ին, երբ մեր հաղթարշաբը սկսվեց Շուշիի ազատագրումից, այսօր էլ մեր հաղթարշավը պայմանավորված է Շուշիի պաշտպանությունից: Թշնամին գտնվում է այստեղից ընդամենը մի քանի կմ հեռավորության վրա, առավելագույնը 5: Թշնամու գերնպատակն է գրավել Շուշին, տիրանալ Շուշիին:

Ինչպես ասում են՝ ով տիրում է Շուշիին, տիրում է Արցախին: Ուզում եմ գիտակցենք այս պահը եւ գիտակցենք ոչ միայն լոկ խոսքով, այլ անմիջական մասնակցենք Շուշիի պաշտպանությանը: Առաջին անգամ ես Շուշիում եղել եմ 1992 թվականի մայիսի 8-ին, եւ առաջիններից եմ եղել, որ մտել եմՂազանչեցոց եկեղեցի ու համբուրել եմ խաչը: Այսօր էլ համբուրել եմ խաչը, աղոթել եմ, մոմ եմ վառել հանուն մեր հաղթանակի:

Իրականում ես հավատում եմ, որ մենք հաղթելու ենք, իրականում ես հավատում եմ, որ այս օրերը լինելու են բեկումնային»:

Դրա համար մեզ պետք է միավորվել, դրա համար պետք է կռվել, դրա համար պետք է պատժել թշնամում, բայց դրա համար պետք է նաեւ ժամ առաջ հասնել Արցախ: Իհարկե, սա խուճապային ելույթ չէ, այլ հակառակը: Ես հավատում եմ հաղթանակին, քան երբեւէ: Օրերի ընթացքում պետք է բեկում մտցնենք ճակատում եւ պետք է պատժենք հակառակորդին հենց Շուշիի դարպասներում: Եկեք միավորվենք եւ միասին կռվենք: 
Իհարկե, հասկանում ենք, գիտակցում ենք ամեն ինչ, բայց նաեւ եկեք մեր ամենամեծ առաքելությունը կատարենքհանուն հայրենիքի, հանուն մեր ապագայի, հանուն մեր սերունդների: Հաղթանակը մերն է լինելու, համոզված եղեք: Ես հավատում եմ հաղթանակին»:
