Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 29-ին, Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն հայտարարեց, թե Հայաստանի ԶՈւ-ի երկու Սու-25 է ոչնչացրել։ Տեղեկությունը հերքվեց Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Շուշան Ստեփանյանի կողմից:

Ադրբեջանական կողմը, սակայն, չդադարեց քարոզչությունն այս ուղղությամբ և սոցցանցերում տարածեց իբրև հայկական խոցված ինքնաթիռի լուսանկարներ։

«Տեղեկատվության ստուգման կենտրոնը», ուսումնասիրելով լուսանկարները, հայտնում է, որ այն արվել է Սիրիայում՝ Սարակիբ քաղաքի մոտակայքում։ Պատկերվածն իրականում թուրքական ԱԹՍ է, իսկ լուսանկարն առաջին անգամ հրապարակվել է դեռևս 2020 թվականի մարտի 1-ին։
