Հայ ժողովրդին Փաշինյանը պետք է հստակ պատասխան տա. Արտակ Թովմասյանի բաց նամակը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին
SOCIETYԲաց նամակ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցի շուրջ քաղաքական պայմանավորվածությունները պարզաբանելու վերաբերյալ.
ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն անդրադարձել է ԼՂ հակամարտությանը և ասել. «Մենք, ի սկզբանե, ելնում էինք նրանից, թե ինչ պետք է ասենք։ Մեր դիրքորոշումը միանգամայն բաց է, այն է՝ Ղարաբաղյան գոտու որոշակի ռեժիմի ապահովմամբ՝ հինգ գումարած երկու շրջանների՝ Ադրբեջանին փոխանցելու հնարավորությունը, Հայաստանի հետ փոխգործակցությունը և այլն»:
Այս մոտեցումը հրապարակային չի հերքվել ՀՀ վարչապետի կողմից, ուստի շատ կարևոր է, որ հայ ժողովրդին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տա հստակ պատասխան` ի՞նչ է նշանակում «ի սկզբանե», և ովքե՞ր են մտնում «մենք»-ի մեջ` Ռուսաստա՞նը, ԵԱՀԿ-ն, Հայաստա՞նը, Ադրբեջա՞նը, թե՞ բոլորը միասին։ Հույս ունեմ, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը օպերատիվ կերպով կբացատրի մեր ժողովրդին և բանակին՝ ի՞նչ է դա նշանակում, և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ինչ իրավիճակ է այս պահին սահմանում և դիվանագիտական ֆրոնտում: Տարբեր կողմեր մշտապես հայտնել են, որ քննարկումներն այսօր 5+2 բանաձևի շուրջ են ընթանում, այսօր էլ այդ մասին ասաց ՌԴ նախագահը, սակայն այժմ հարցը լուծվում է պատերազմի` հազարավոր զոհերի, ավերածությունների ուղիով:
Այսինքն, ի՞նչ է դա նշանակում, ի սկզբանե հնարավո՞ր էր խուսափել այս պատերազմից, և հարցը լուծել դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, պետք է իր խոստացածի համաձայն, անկեղծ գտնվի և հանրությանը ներկայացնի, թե, ի վերջո, Արցախի հարցի լուծման դիվանագիտական որ տարբերակն է ընդունելի Հայաստանի համար: Բացատրության կարիք կա, քանի որ սկզբում խոսք էր գնում տարածքներ անկախության դիմաց կոնցեպտի մասին, այնուհետև մեկ ելույթի ժամանակ Փաշինյանը 11 անգամ օգտագործեց կապիտուլյացիա բառը, իսկ այսօր էլ ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինը հստակ ֆիքսեց` բանակցություններում քննարկվել և քննարկվում է 5+2 բանաձևը` «Հանձնման հնարավորություն` Ղարաբաղի գոտու որոշակի ռեժիմի ապահովմամբ»:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պարտավոր է իսկույն ևեթ հստակեցումներ մտցնել:
