ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր թվիթերյան էջում անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից այսօր վաղ առավոտից Շուշիի և Ստեփանակերտի դեմ հարվածներին:
«Չնայած խաղաղ բնակչության և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները չթիրախավորելու մասին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությանը՝ Ադրբեջանը վաղ առավոտից վերսկսեց Շուշիի և Ստեփանակերտի ռմբակոծությունը: Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն ի վիճակի չէ կատարել իր ստանձնած պարտավորությունները, իսկ Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությունը նրա հիմնական թշնամին և թիրախն է»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։
Մինչդեռ ավելի վաղ հայտարարվել էր, որ Բաքուն և Երևանը Ժնևում կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում խաղաղ բնակչության և ոչ ռազմական օբյեկտները չթիրախավորելու վերաբերյալ համաձայնություն են ձեռք բերել: Այս մասին նշվում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովի (ՌԴ), Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտինի (Ֆրանսիա) և Էնդրյու Շոֆերի (ԱՄՆ) համատեղ հայտարարությունում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի զինուժը լայնածավալ հարձակում է սկսել Արցախում՝ թիրախավորելով նաև խաղաղ բնակչությանը։ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը թիրախավորել է նաև Արցախի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինվորական և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները, որի հետևանքով Գեղարքունիքում զոհվել է 2 քաղաքացիական անձ, Արցախում զոհվել է 40 քաղաքացիական անձ, վիրավորվել է 120 քաղաքացիական անձ։
Ադրբեջանական զինուժի հրետակոծության հետևանքով վիրավորվել են ինչպես արտասահմանյան, այնպես էլ տեղական լրատվամիջոցների լրագրողներ։
Հայաստանում և Արցախում սեպտեմբերի 27-ին հայտարարվել է ռազմական դրություն։ Արդեն երեք անգամ հայտարարվել է մարդասիրական հրադադարի մասին, սակայն ադրբեջանական զինուժը խախտել է այն:
