Պատերազմի ժամանակ չկա ներքաղաքական պայքար և օրակարգ․ այս մասին՝ որպես կուսակցության ղեկավար, հայտարարել եմ դեռ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին՝ պատերազմի առաջին օրը։
Բարեբախտաբար, քաղաքական ուժերի մեծ մասը խաղի այս կանոնը պահպանել է ու պահպանում է և եթե մեր նորաստեղծ կուսակցությունից մի քանի մարդ են մասնակցում պատերազմին, որոնցից մեկը, ցավոք, վիրավորվել է, ապա ՀՅԴ-ն, ԲՀԿ-ն, "Հայրենիքը" ամբողջական ջոկատներ են ուղարկել առաջնագիծ՝ հայրենիքը ոսոխից պաշտպանելու նպատակով։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ու Արթուր Վանեցյանը նաև մի քանի հարյուր արցախցիների ապաստան են տվել՝ առանց գովազդելու, համարելով, որ դա իրենց պարտքն է հայրենիքի ու Արցախի հանդեպ։
Ծառուկյանի պարագան հատկապես հատկանշական է, որովհետև նա կուսակացական բոլոր ռեսուրսները պատերազմին ծառայեցնելու հորդոր արեց դեռ այն ժամանակ, երբ բանտում էր։
Ու այսքանից հետո տարօրինակ է, որ խիստ "անկախ" թերթում կարդում ենք․ "Կամավորական ջոկատներ ձևավորելու մասին հայտարարեցին նաև ԲՀԿ-ն և «Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը: Սակայն անցած 10 օրերի ընթացքում այդ կուսակցությունների ձևավորած կամավորական ջոկատները այդպես էլ չեն հասել առաջնագիծ"։
Մարդիկ կան, որոնք որոշել են էժան ներքաղաքական "աչոկներ" հավաքել անգամ պատերազմի ժամանակ ու պատերազմի հաշվին, իշխանությանը քծնելով՝ հարվածել ընդիմությանը՝ ամենակեղծ տեղեկատվությունը տարածելով։
Չի կարելի․ Հայրենական պատերազմ է, որին բոլորս տալիս ենք ամեն ինչ՝ անկախ քաղաքական հայացքներից ու կողմնորոշումներից։
