Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն «Ալ Արաբիա» հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում անդրադարձել է հարցին, թե ո՞րն է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության լուծման իր տեսլականը:

«Առաջինը՝ պետք է ռազմական գործողությունները դադարեն, որովհետև ռազմական գործողությունների պայմաններում դժվար է պատկերացնել դիվանագիտական լուծում: Որից հետո պետք է տեղի ունենան առարկայական բանակցություններ լուծումների վերաբերյալ, այնպես, ինչպես նախատեսված է Մոսկվայի՝ հոկտեմբերի 10-ի հայտարարության մեջ, որն ընդունվել է Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների կողմից»,- ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասել է վարչապետը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է, որ հայկական կողմը միշտ էլ պատրաստ է եղել բանակցությունների, միշտ էլ պատրաստ է բանակցությունների և միշտ էլ պատրաստ է եղել փոխզիջումների: «Պրոբլեմն ուրիշ բանում է՝ այն պահին, երբ Հայաստանի համար որևէ փոխզիջում դառնում է ընդունելի, Ադրբեջանի համար այդ փոխզիջումն անմիջապես դառնում է անընդունելի: Ես Ձեզ կարող եմ բերել 2011 թվականի Կազանի օրինակը: Գիտեք, հայկական կողմի համար կարևորագույն խնդիր է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ անկախության, ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ճանաչման հարցը: Բայց 2011 թվականի, այսպես կոչված, Կազանյան պրոցեսի ընթացքում հայկական կողմը համաձայնվել էր Ղարաբաղի միջանկյալ կարգավիճակի հետ, որը վերջնական կարգավիճակ չէր, այլ ընդամենը միջանկյալ կարգավիճակ: Այսինքն՝ իր նախնական նշաձողից որոշակիորեն հետքայլ էր կատարել՝ կոմպրոմիսի հասնելու տրամաբանությամբ: Բայց վերջին պահին Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվեց ընդունել այդ կոմպրոմիսը և ավելի խիստ պայմաններ առաջադրեց հայկական կողմին: Այս պրոցեսն է, որ թույլ չի տվել և մինչև օրս էլ թույլ չի տալիս հասնել դիվանագիտական լուծման»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը:
