«Տենց է ճիշտ համարվել»․ վարչապետի խոսնակը՝ նամակը ԱԳՆ միջոցով ուղարկելու մասին

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նամակը՝ ուղղված ՌԴ նախագահին, հրապարակված չէ, արտգործնախարարության կայքում դրված է հաղորդագրություն այն մասին, որ նամակ է ուղարկվել և կարճ՝ բովանդակությունը։ Ինչպես նաև ուշագրավ է, որ նամակն ուղարկել է ոչ թե վարչապետի աշխատակազմը, այլ՝ կառավարությունը։ Այս մասին գրում է Yerevan.Today-ը:
Yerevan.Today-ի հարցին, թե՝ ինչո՞ւ է ԱԳՆ խողովակով ՀՀ վարչապետը դիմել ՌԴ նախագահ Պուտինին, վարչապետի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանը պատասխանեց․ «Տենց է ճիշտ համարվել, չեմ կարող այլ պատասխան ձեզ տալ»։
Մեր դիտարկմանը որ կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքում ևս այդ մասին ոչինչ չկա, վարչապետը սոցցանցի իր էջում նույնպես տեղեկատվություն չի հրապարակել, խոսնակը պատասխանեց․ «Այո, հրապարակված չէ, բայց դրա տակ ոչ մի կոնկրետ բան չկա, աշխատանքային պրոցես է։ Ճիշտ է համարվել, որ դա պետք է գնա Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի խողովակով և այդպես էլ արվել է։ Ավելի լավ է զանգեք ԱԳՆ խոսնակին, թող ինքը պարզաբանի՝ ինչու է ԱԳՆ–ի միջոցով փոխանցվել նամակը Դաշնություն»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է նամակի բովանդակությանը, վարչապետի խոսնակն ավելին չցանկացավ հայտնել՝ ասելով, որ հրապարակված հատվածից ավելին հայտնել չի կարող․ «Մեծ հաշվով, արտգործնախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ բավականին շատ տեղեկատվություն կա, և եթե որևէ պահի ստանամ հանձրանանություն, որ բուն նամակի բովանդակությունը պետք է հանրայնացվի, ապա ես այն կհրապարակեմ»:
Հիշեցնենք՝ այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 31-ին, Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը ՌԴ արտգործնախարարությանն է ուղարկել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նամակը ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին, որտեղ մանրամասն ներկայացնելով իրադրությունը, կոչ է արել սկսել անհապաղ խորհրդակցություններ՝ սահմանելու աջակցության տեսակները և չափը, որը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը կարող է հատկացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը՝ իր անվտանգության ապահովման համար՝ հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները և փոխօգնության պայմանագիրը։
ՌԴ արտգործնախարարությունը բավականին կարճ ժամանակում պատասխանել է․ «Այս պայմանագրի որոշ հոդվածներ մեկը մյուսի տարածքի նկատմամբ զինված հարձակման սպառնալիքի առաջացման դեպքում ենթադրում են հստակ գործողություններ:
Պայմանագրի համապատասխան՝ Ռուսաստանը Երևանին կտրամադրի ամբողջ անհրաժեշտ օգնությունը, եթե մարտական բախումները տեղափոխվեն անմիջականորեն Հայաստանի տարածք»:
