Մենք շատ լավ հասկանում ենք Թուրքիայի ներգրավվածության մասին, Թուրքիայի մասնակցության մասին, թուրքական բանակի բարձաստիճան ղեկավարության եւ քաղաքական ղեկավարության այցելությունները Բաքու եւ հակառակը ինչ նշանակություն եւ դերակատարություն ունեն: Այս մասին այսօր` նոյեմբերի 1-ին, ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:

«Ես բազմաթիվ առիթներով նշել եմ, որ փաստացի Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ղեկավարումը հանձնված է թուրքական բանակին, թուրքական գլխավոր շտաբին եւ ասյ պահին կարող եմ ասել, որ ինչ-որ առումով այս պահին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը գոյություն չունեն: Դեռ 2020 թվականի ամառվա գործողություններից հետո, երբ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը խայտառակ գործողություններ եւ արդյունքներ դրսեւորեց Տավուշի հատվածում կարճաժամկետ մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում, դրանից հետո Թուրքիան անցավ գործի` իր ձեռքը մաքսիմում վերցնելով Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ կառավարումը: Եւ այս պատերազմի ընթացքում շատ ու շատ ադրբեջանցիների եւ որոշ փորձագետների կողմից հիացմունքով նշվող ռազմատեխնիկական բացառիկ ցուցանիշները, օդային հարձակման միջոցները, հետախուզական միջոցները, ԱԹՍ-ները եւ ընդհանուր վերցրած այս նորարարական տենիկական բաղադրիչը, ընդհանուր առմամբ ոչ մի կապ չունեն Ադրբեջանի հետ, դա ավելի շատ թուրքական է, իսրայելական է եւ հիմնականում թուրական ԶՈւ կառավարման ներքո: Եւ պետք է ասեմ, որ այս առումով եւս Ադրբեջանի արդեն գրեթե գոյություն չունեցող ղեկավարությանը անակնկալներ են սպասվում առաջիկայում»,-ասաց նա:

Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ մեր ԶՈւ-ն պատրաստ է եւ տեղյակ է, որ առաջիկայում փորձելու են այլ ուղղությամբ հարձակվել:
