Արցախի դեմ ահաբեկիչների ներգրավումն ահաբեկչության տարածման լիովին նոր դրսևորում է. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

Հայաստանը շարունակելու է հետևողական քայլեր ձեռնարկել միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի ուղղությամբ՝ համագործակցելով բոլոր շահագրգիռ գործընկերների հետ։ Այս առնչությամբ հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը` անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ ռազմական գործողությունների համար ներգրավված օտարերկրյա զինյալ ահաբեկիչների` Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի կողմից գերեվարման փաստին։
«Նոյեմբերի 1-ին մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի ստորաբաժանումների կողմից գերեվարվել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ ռազմական գործողությունների համար ներգրավված օտարերկրյա զինյալ երկրորդ ահաբեկիչը, որը ներկայացել է որպես Սիրիայի Իդլիբ նահանգի Ջիսր ալ-Շուղուր շրջանի Զիյադիյա գյուղի բնակիչ Յուսուֆ Ալաաբեթ ալ Հաջի: Նշենք, որ հոկտեմբերի 30-ին Արցախի ՊԲ գերեվարել էր մեկ այլ զինյալ ահաբեկիչ, որը ներկայացել էր որպես Մըհըրաբ Մուհամմադ Ալ Շխայիր՝ Սիրիայի Համա քաղաքից:
Հայկական կողմը բազմիցս է բարձրաձայնել Թուրքիայի կողմից Մերձավոր Արևելքի տարբեր «թեժ կետերից», մասնավորապես՝ Սիրիայի` իր վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող շրջաններից և Լիբիայից Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ վայրագություններ իրականացնելու նպատակով օտարերկրյա զինյալ ահաբեկիչների և ջիհադիստների հավաքագրման, տարածաշրջան տեղափոխման և տեղակայման մասին: Վերոնշյալ փաստը ներկայումս ոչ միայն հաստատվել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների հատուկ ծառայությունների, մեր բազմաթիվ գործընկերների և միջազգային հանրության կողմից, այլև արդեն հենց ահաբեկիչների ուղղակի վկայություններով:
Իրենց վկայություններում վերոնշյալ ահաբեկիչները մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն են փոխանցել իրենց հավաքագրման գործընթացի, «գյավուր» (անհավատների) դեմ պայքարի համար ակնկալվելիք ամսական վճարների և յուրաքանչյուր «անհավատի» գլուխ կտրելու համար «պարգևավճարների», ինչպես նաև իրենց կողմից իրականացվելիք ահաբեկչական ծրագրերի մասին: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտի ջիհադիստների տեղափոխումը բացահայտում է հակամարտությանը միջկրոնական բնույթ հաղորդելու թուրք-ադրբեջանական ղեկավարության նպատակը:
Սա ահաբեկչության տարածման լիովին նոր դրսևորում է, երբ ԵԱՀԿ տարածքում գտնվող հակամարտության գոտում են տեղակայվում Մերձավոր Արևելքից օտարերկրյա զինյալ ահաբեկիչներ և ջիհադիստներ, ինչը լուրջ սպառնալիք է միջազգային և տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության և կայունության համար:
