ՀՀ կառավարությունը ՄԻԵԴ է ներկայացրել լրացուցիչ ապացույցներ՝ ադրբեջանական ուժերի կողմից մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումների վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը։

Կառավարությունը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել պահպանել հումանիտար հրադադարի մասին համաձայնությունը, որը ձեռք է բերվել կողմերի միջև հոկտեմբեր ամսին՝ ռազմագերիների և դիակների փոխանակման նպատակով:

Հաշվի առնելով ռազմագերիների կյանքին սպառնացող վտանգը՝ Կառավարությունը Եվրոպական Դատարանին խնդրել է Ադրբեջանի կառավարության նկատմամբ, որպես Կոնվենցիայի բարձր պայմանավորվող կողմ կիրառել հետևյալ միջոցները.

1. Կոնվենցիայով, ինչպես նաև 1949 թ. Օգոստոսի 12-ի Ժնևյան Երրորդ և Չորրորդ կոնվենցիաներով և միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի բոլոր կիրառելի կանոններով նախատեսված պարտավորություններից ելնելով՝ ձեռնպահ մնալ՝

Ա. Ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական այն անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնք հայտնվում են ադրբեջանական ուժերի ենթակայության տակ նվաստացուցիչ վերաբերմունք, խոշտանգումներ, կամայական մահապատիժ, ինչպես նաև այլ արգելված վարքագիծ ցուցաբերելուց,

Բ. Հայ զինվորների դիակները խեղելուց:

2. Տեղեկատվություն ներկայացնել ռազմագերիների թվի, անունների և ներկայումս պահվող ռազմագերիների վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև մանրամասներ նրանց բժշկական վիճակի և բժշկական անձնակազմի կողմից զննության ենթարկված լինելու վերաբերյալ:
