«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Դիվանագիտական դաշտում հայկական կողմից առաջին փաստարկը մեր հաղթանակներն են լինելու: «Փաստ» թերթի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց ռազմական փորձագետ Հայկ Նահապետյանը: Նրա համոզմամբ, թշնամական ուժերը առավելագույնը մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ամբողջ Արցախը գրավելու ու հայաթափելու պլան ունեին, այսինքն, բլից-կրիգ, որը ձախողվեց: Ինչ վերաբերում է ներկա վիճակին, ապա, ըստ փորձագետի, հիմա թշնամին ընդամենը փորձում է քանակական, թվային առավելությամբ իր համար «հաղթական» ելքեր ապահովել, բայց հասնելով լեռնային և նախալեռնային պայմանների մարտական գործողություններին՝ այլ իրավիճակի է հանդիպում:

«Այդ հատվածներում շատ ավելի նվազ ուժերով կարելի է շատ լավ պաշտպանություն, ինչպես նաև տեղերում հակահարձակում կազմակերպել: Այսինքն, այն, ինչ արվում է մեր ուժերի կողմից: Բացի այդ, հայկական ուժերն իրենց խորագետ քայլերի միջոցով թշնամուն նաև ծուղակի մեջ են վերցնում, որի օրինակներն արդեն հայտնի են: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այսօր դիրքային կռիվ է գնում, ու հակառակորդն աստիճանաբար հյուծվում է: Այդ համատեքստում հաշվի առնենք նաև իր անձնակազմի բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակը, որն աստիճանաբար անկում է ապրում. անձնակազմին խոստացել էին կայծակնային հարվածով մոտ մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում հաղթանակ տոնել, ինչը չկա և իրականություն չի դարձել»,-ասաց Հայկ Նահապետյանը:
