Դատարանը կրկին չկարողացավ սկսել Լեւոն Հայրապետյանի գործի քննությունը

Մոսկվայի Զամոսկվորեչյան դատարանը կրկին հետաձգել Է ձեռնարկատեր Լեւոն Հայրապետյանի գործի քննությունը, որը մեղադրվում Է նախկին սենատոր Իգոր Իզմեստեւի մորից 700 հազար դոլար հափշտակելու մեջ: Այդ մասին, ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հայտնել են դատարանում:
Դատարանը նման որոշում Է ընդունել, քանի որ մեղադրյալը դեռեւս գտնվում Է հիվանդանոցում: Դատարանը գործի քննությանը ձեռնամուխ լինելու նոր փորձ կանի դեկտեմբերի 15-ին:
Բաշկիրիայից նախկին սենատոր Իգոր Իզմեստեւը ցմահ բանտարկության Է դատապարտված ահաբեկչության եւ այլ ծանր հանցագործությունների համար: Հետաքննության տվյալներով՝ ձեռնարկատերը մոլորության մեջ Է գցել կնոջը՝ խոշոր գումարի դիմաց խոստանալով հասնել նրա որդու նկատմամբ ավելի մեղմ դատավճռի: Իրականում Հայրապետյանը հնարավորություն չի ունեցել ազդելու տվյալ դատական որոշման վրա:
Ինչպես սպասվում Է, առաջին նիստում դատախազը կհրապարակի մեղադրական եզրակացությունը, ինչից հետո մեղադրյալը կպատասխանի՝ մեղավոր ճանաչու՞մ Է իրեն: Այնուհետեւ դատարանը կանցնի ապացույցների հետազոտմանը եւ վկաների հարցաքննությանը:
700 հազար դոլարի հափշտակման գործով Հայրապետյանին մինչեւ տասը տարվա ազատազրկում Է սպառնում:
