Դեռ հստակ չի պարզվել, թե այս գիշեր Գեղարքունիքում թշնամու ինչպիսի անօդաչու սարքեր են խոցվել՝ հետախուզական կամ հարվածային: Այս մասին նոյեմբերի 4-ի երեկոյան կայացած ճեպազրույցում ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նա արձանագրեց, որ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում խոցվել է երեք ԱԹՍ: Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի այլ հատվածներում ոչ մի գործողություն տեղի չի ունեցել, ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը: «Կիմանանք, թե դրանք ինչ անօդաչու սարքեր են եղել եւ կհայտնենք»,- հավելեց ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչը:

Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե արդյոք Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհի Բերձորի հատվածը փակ է մնում, Հովհաննիսյանը բացատրեց, որ այդ հատվածը փակ է քաղաքացիական բնակչության համար՝ անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով, առայժմ հակառակորդի դիվերսիոն խմբերի մնացորդները վերացնելու գործողությունը շարունակվում է: «Կա այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ, կարող եք օգտվել այլ ճանապարհից»,- հիշեցրեց Հովհաննիսյանը` ընդգծելով, որ բոլոր դիվերսանտները կհայտնաբերվեն եւ կոչնչացվեն: «Կիրճերը, որոնցում նրանք փորձում են թաքնվել, կդառնան նրանց գերեզմանները»,- խոստացավ Հովհաննիսյանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է այն հարցին, թե կարող է արդյոք հայկական կողմը օգտագործել գործընկեր երկրների տիեզերական հետախուզության տվյալները, ՊՆ ներկայացուցիչը նշեց, որ ինքը չի կարող նման տվյալներ ներկայացնել, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ նման հնարավորությունը չբացառեց:
